102學年度小學三年級的學生只要是藉於民國94年09月01日以前出生的今年九月開始就可以讀小學三年級，有個問題要請教一下，民國93年次出生的學童今年是升小三還是升小四????

我有點不清楚93年次出生的到底今年102年是不是可以升上小學四年級??
