ie被鎖如何分享wifi

各位大大好
因為公司電腦有鎖網路(沒有資安問題~單純是不想讓你上班時上網)，
不過是那種打開IE會叫你輸入密碼的那一種
但當我使用火狐或GOOGLE免安裝版的瀏覽器皆可正常上網
使用PCMAN的話，上PTT很正常，可是要連線一般的網頁時
又會出現叫我輸入密碼的視窗
我買了一個無線的USB網卡想讓它當基地台
插上USB安裝好之後，我的智慧型手機的確也有抓到此WIFI訊號
但是卻無法連上網路
我在想應該是網路鎖IE所造成
既然火狐或GOOGLE瀏覽器皆可正常使用
理論上應該有辦法讓WIFI走火狐or GOOGLE的路線吧
請問應該如何設定~可以使我的手機可以連上WIFI網路呢?
