山寨機講明了就是"盜版"的手機或是其他3C類產品,雖然沒有掛上相同牌子,仍有明顯仿冒嫌疑,可否提供有關山寨機製造、販賣、購買及使用之可能會涉及的相關法律責任,感恩!
