國防部偵查「陸軍洪仲丘下士案」絕無上限　軍檢偵辦到底

（軍聞社記者卓以立臺北廿五日電）國防部今天表示，針對媒體報導「洪仲丘案，部長親信辦不得」乙情，報導內容並非事實。

　國防部指出，陸軍第六軍團指揮官陳泉官中將未曾擔任陸軍200旅旅長，其擔任373旅旅長時，當時軍團司令並非國防部高部長；此外，楊方漢少將擔任部辦室政務綜合處處長，因曾歷練陸軍司令部機要文案組組長，並經陸軍司令部薦報國防部接任處長乙職。《新新聞》週刊指陳泉官中將、楊方漢少將為高部長的左右手、親信，純屬撰稿記者的聯想。

　國防部強調，「陸軍洪仲丘下士案」偵查絕無上限，不管層級有多高，軍檢一定會偵辦到底，對於失職、涉法人員定將嚴予懲處。
