請問:我手機送修到今天滿4個星期,可是向送修公司查詢卻說"待料中"不知何時可以回來,到公司網站查上面標明"預定修復日期"為6月25日,請問有規定維修的時間嗎?
另我買的是智慧型手機(跟電信公司綁約30個月)可是他們只願意提供一般型的手機,這樣不算傷害消費者權益嗎?我覺得這樣太不合理了請問有辦法爭取權益嗎?謝謝!
