我的馬爾狗狗 4個月大 遇到了一些問題!!

我家的狗狗是我6/20從寵物店帶回來養的
因為牠是個很活潑的孩子
在家適應得還不錯
可是不知道帶回家3~4天後
就有一點點拉肚子

而且我家狗狗吃飼料都狼吞虎嚥
雖然現在有改善...
改善成要一顆一顆放在手上給牠吃!!!
飼料已經泡軟了!!!
牠還是會噎到
我很擔心..........

我家小寶貝睡覺的時候
還會有疑似"泡泡破掉的聲音..."
(因為那是凌晨4點的事 很睏沒聽得很清楚...)
那是因為他在做夢嗎????
