在台北車站及桃園機場的無線 wi-fi 使用問題

請教各位先進,
你好,
我是使用SAMSUNG SII 手機,
因為平常沒有需要用手機無線上網功能,
所以,我沒有用中華電信吃到飽方案,
大部分在回家使用無線wi-fi 上網方式,
我有一件事請教,
為何到台北車站或桃園機場時,
手機有接收到無線wi-fi 訊號,
但是,卻無法連線上fb 臉書軟體??
很困擾,請問這是何原因?
這是設定問題?
需要如何解決?
