（中央社台北18日電）華爾街日報評論，在大陸改革開放過程中，多數時間扮演領頭羊的上海，在此波國有企業改革中再度站上前沿（前線），積極邀請民間資本參與當地國企，並樂見配股激勵措施。

華爾街日報統計，上海是許多國有企業的聚集地。

瑞士信貸（Credit Suisse）研究顯示，上海國企資產相當於該市生產毛額的60.1%。

以2013年上市公司財務報表看，當地最大的上汽集團，營業收入人民幣5658億元（約新台幣2兆7700億元），中國聯通為3307億元、上海寶鋼1900億元。

大陸2013年11月公布經濟願景，提高國企效率是主要目標之一。上海當時就是首個公布指導方針的地方政府，目前市內部分國企已經獲得私募股權基金的投資。

最近一筆備受矚目的交易中，上海錦江國際酒店8月份把12.4%的股權賣給陸資私募機構弘毅投資。錦江酒店是大陸最大的酒店集團之一。

弘毅投資成立以來就一直致力於大陸國有資產重組的工作，接下來還將以18億元收購國有房地產開發商、污水處理公司上海市城投控股10%的股份。

摩根資產管理（JPMorgan Asset Management）亞洲首席市場策略師許長泰說，上海曾多次擔當為中國經濟試驗的排頭兵，因此如果國企開始和私募股權公司結合的話，那麼這種合夥模式也將擴大至其他地區。

不過，華爾街日報認為，短期內也許不會出現更多動作，因為上海國企營運情況遠優於比其他地區的國企。因此，上海國企幾乎不需要外部資金。

中信資本旗下在華私募股權公司的高級董事總經理信躍升就說，（上海）官員相當能幹，沒有出售國企股權的壓力。1030918

國小也有上過游泳課，但一直很緊張，老師後來氣到不理我
國中也有游泳課，但我用請假熬過了
每次一進到泳池就腦中一片空白
只會一直想著：我會被淹死、我會被淹死...........
我想這輩子要我學會游泳是不可能的

真的拜託不要告訴我什麼學就會了
什麼去讓老師知道我的極限老師就不會逼我
現在我只有想到兩個極端的方法

唇與文字 http://blog.yam.com/demiris/article/79018986 純文字 大概是看膩了之前的偽素顏妝風潮，這陣子看到版友分享NARS唇膏的新色， 那高調到不行的作風，深深燒起我心中的壞女人魂， 上禮拜周末趁著SOGO有活動，心一狠就刷了三支， 考慮到實用性與變化性，分別帶了清純/囂張/優雅三種風格的顏色 哈，其實人家的本名是Claudia/Carmen/Grace 新唇膏的外型不太一樣，外殼改成有點鏡面的材質， 除了比較不容易髒，本身還有磁力可以互相吸引， 如果買很多支並排在一起，視覺效果應該很壯觀， 為了完全顯現出口紅的氣勢，就只露出唇部特寫， Claudia這支是純正的芭比粉，看似清純， 但是塗完不知道為什麼我第一個聯想到Paris Hilton， 奢侈揮霍青春與金錢的芭比，總之也符合我心中壞女人的標準， 我愛死了NARS的顯色度，唇膏與畫出來的顏色完全相符， 而且質地很滑潤，好畫又能蓋掉大部分的唇紋， Grace如同其名，是不張揚的紅， 稍稍帶橘紅，畫起來非常有氣質，但又不失氣勢， 讓我想到Grace Kelly王妃，很完美，又有點高高在上難以接近， 畫這個顏色要很小心翼翼，不能沾到杯子或牙齒， 盡力當個graceful的女人，幸好這系列持色度不錯， 抿一小口水來喝，或是乖乖保持形象撐一整天，也不太會掉色， Carmen不用多做解釋，它就是壞女人的顏色! 出現在白襯衫，會讓正宮看到氣得牙癢癢的囂張正紅，看我笑得多心機， 有這支唇膏，即使不開口，別人也會對你行注目禮， 照片上我有先上一層護脣膏，所以色澤看起來比較奶油， 如果想要霧面的妝感，單上就可以了，它不會卡唇紋讓你變成大嬸， 附上一張禮拜二出門畫的咬唇妝，就是直接用唇膏單擦的， 我是先用Claudia打底，再疊一點Carmen在嘴唇裡面的位置， 用手指的溫度稍微暈開就完成了，其實不會很複雜， 但我有點趕，沒有暈得很漂亮就是了， 以上簡單分享，我自己私心最愛Grace那支， 但是一看到NARS的DM，我發現我根本每支都想要!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.173.209.55 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MakeUp/M.1411040804.A.B3C.html

標題[問題] 重灌後 拔掉顯卡 電腦卻無法使用 為甚麼?

一杯熱美式小杯24元，小拿鐵一杯30元，點餐之後因為有帶外食所以只能坐店外的露天咖啡座位。

不過北京緯度高這幾天過了中秋已經開始涼爽了，所以坐在外面用餐也不怕太熱別有一番風情。

點餐完桌上會有叫號器，咖啡煮好之後這個號碼牌就會震動，看到提示後就可以去取餐了。

感覺會喝不完所以叫服務員用外帶紙杯，老婆的拿鐵不燙口一下就喝完了，反而是我的熱美式好大一杯，最後果然沒喝完，直接裝進保溫杯帶走。

店家就在雍合宮大街上，這裡有很多餐廳以及各式北京道地小吃。

消費明細一杯熱美式一杯熱拿鐵人民幣 54元，85度C二個麵包約25元，加起來79元，大約是台幣 NT380元左右。

iOS8 於9月18日凌晨推出囉~~相信很多人都想躍躍欲試，不過在更新之前，最重要的事，就是要先備份啦。這樣即便您在更新的過程式不小心有個「四角差」(台語) 出了問題，也不用擔心。小米習慣備份的方式還是接上電腦的iTunes做備份。

接上電腦進入iTunes後，在摘要頁面裏點選「立即備份」。

備份需要一些時間請耐心等待，備份完成後，就可以開始動手了！

　　曾經在 Facebook 時當紅的遊戲廠商「Zynga」在行動平台推出了一款跑酷遊戲《Looney Tunes Dash!》，角色們是陪伴 80 年代以後的朋友成長的華納卡通明星，包括邦妮兔、小旋風和崔西、太菲鴨等，光聽名字就感覺很耳熟吧？目前發佈了遊戲首支廣告宣傳影片，動畫中的角色和他們的死對頭都會登場，上演一齣追逐跑跳大戰。

　　由廣告宣傳影片中可看出遊戲跟小小兵跑酷、神廟逃亡等遊戲很類似。玩家可以操作邦妮兔、崔西等主角進行遊戲，後面還會分別跟著死對頭獵人、壞心狼和傻大貓們。當玩家通過關卡任務、就能解鎖新的卡通場景和角色，遊戲中可以看到森林、美國郊區公路和住宅區等華納經典動畫場景。

行政院公共工程委員會審議「花蓮縣路跑、馬拉松或自行車等相關活動統籌規劃執行專業服務委託案」，證明該案合法且縣府得本於權責辦理，工程會同意備查。

由於封街路跑、騎單車等休閒活動盛行，廠商收取報名費及接受相關單位補助，無法規範，但衍生的交通秩序、緊急醫療、環保衛生等費用及後續責任，均由政府負責、全民買單，花蓮縣政府認為不合理，決心將運動賽事法制化。

縣府要求得標廠商需支付新台幣1億8千萬元權利金，以及每年10%回饋金，用於社會福利等公益支出。為期15年的履約期間，機關得因政策變更，隨時終止契約並依比例退還相關費用，不致影響未來首長職權。
