總統馬英九出訪中南美洲，今天上午6點多返國，直奔潭美颱風中央災害應變中心，坐鎮指揮。應變中心統計，目前有一則受傷災情，台北市一名女子昨晚9點多騎車經過內湖，因地面坑洞摔倒受傷，今天凌晨已出院。馬英九表示，雖然目前沒有嚴重災情，但希望民眾少出門、避免危險。

工作會報中發生一段小插曲，馬英九和縣市首長視訊會議時，基隆市長張通榮的麥克風出問題，音量過小，馬英九兩度表示：聲音太小、聽不到。畫面中可以看到張通榮扯著嗓門報告，才勉強聽到。

中央氣象局表示，潭美颱風持續朝西部前進，依路徑圖判斷，預估明天凌晨5點潭美就會離開台灣、登陸大陸。另外北部、東北部縣市會有超豪大雨，提醒山區注意土石坍方。

台鐵今天除了5832、5834次遊輪列車停駛，其餘將正常。高鐵和森林鐵路也都照常行駛。

在德國科隆Gamescom期間，包含Gameloft、Amiga Games均宣佈將針對Windows 8、Windows Phone 8平台持續推出遊戲新作，預計在2014年前至少將推出56款遊戲內容。

根據微軟方面消息表示，預計將持續與Gameloft合作，未來一年內將針對Windows 8、Windows Phone 8平台推出15款遊戲作品，包含8月21日至25日間將推出《Asphalt 8: Airborne》、《Dungeon Hunter 4》，同時也預計在2013年底前陸續推出《Despicable Me: Minion Rush》、《Total Conquest》、《Six Guns》、《UNO & Friends》等遊戲，至於在2014年間也會持續在Windows 8、Windows Phone 8平台推出新作。

而Amiga Games同樣也宣佈將針對Windows 8、Windows Phone 8平台釋出遊戲作品，特別是針對微軟即將釋出的Windows 8.1，也預期在12月間推出50款遊戲內容，將對應年底購物季節。

部分遊戲內容將對應Windows 8平板觸控、動態感應機能等操作，或者是配合Windows Phone 8平台通訊連網互動遊玩。

過去一個月，在台灣，洪仲丘成為社會公義的代名詞；在日本，要了解小職員夾縫求生的苦悶心聲，你不能不認識「半澤直樹」這個人。

兩者不同的是，軍法體制下的實際受害者洪仲丘，讓台灣社會群情激憤、走上街頭，半澤直樹則是日劇中的虛構人物，帶著強烈的復仇心理，為日本社會中無數的小螺絲釘，在不合理的職場生態中討回公道。

七月七日首播的日本TBS電視台連續劇《半澤直樹》，以日本泡沫經濟時代後期的銀行業為背景，敘述某銀行分行融資課長半澤直樹，因上司便宜行事、決策錯誤，被迫為上位者揹黑鍋、扛下貸出高達五億日圓不良債權的責任。
