【綜合報導】大貓熊寶寶「圓仔」出生45天，圓仔持續「頭好壯壯」的健康長大。保育員回想起從圓仔出生到現在，不禁覺得辛苦都是有代價的。被問到最想做的事情？保育員全都是回答「睡覺」，就快要跟著有熊貓眼了。

大貓熊「圓圓」產下圓仔那天，保育員還來不及歡呼，就馬上開始緊張。因位剛出生的圓仔不斷大哭，保育員根本不知道，沒有生育經驗的圓圓能不能處理。幸好後來看到圓圓馬上抱起圓仔安撫，才讓她們暫時鬆一口氣。再加上有2位大陸貓熊專家特地趕來協助，讓圓仔成長過程一切順利，也讓保育員連日來的辛苦，有了代價。

白糖糕　 3日煉成

深水埗係男生嘅世界，電器、手機、軍用用品、運動衫褲，花多眼亂最易忘卻舊時！位於福華街的坤記， 50年歷史，傳至傅先生第 2代，出品 70年代街頭紅豆糕、白糖糕、芝麻糕等懷舊糕點。這裏的白糖糕，酸味淡，甜味突出，同坊間偏酸、感覺好似變壞嘅味道好唔同，傅先生就說：「發酵時間視乎季節天氣有所不同，發酵不足會蒸不起，帶酸是發酵過度之故。」

深水埗「糕人」坤記 50年歷史，發酵時間剛好，軟綿綿好好味。Michael 

簡單不起眼的白色糕點，前後就要 3天工夫完成，先是將粘米浸過夜，待之軟腍後磨漿，放入米漿袋待乾，再加入糖水搓開，放涼發酵一整晚，心急貪快冇運行。出售前，放入直徑 30多呎大鑊大火蒸半小時，不能蒸多，每次只此一底，重質勝於重量。再者，白糖糕必須稍為放涼，令糕身企硬，然後以竹篩一底一底盛載，原因是竹篩底部透氣，能確保熱氣不會散回糕點上，造成濕氣，令糕點變糊。
經過多重工夫的白糖糕，咬開橫切面似個蜂巢，略帶酸味，腍軟香甜有致，卻不會過分糊身，隱約仲食到米漿香，層次超班，就似那個一別多年、蛻變成熟的他或她。下次經過鴨記，絕對要買番一件，回味舊時！
