今年年底回來住在鄉下， 是那種三合院室的， 以前是由曾祖父他們一手打造的那種舊式土塊屋(用模子一塊一塊的土放到硬後再堆造出來)，因為漏水的問題最近翻修好了，所有傢俱跟床墊都在之前漏水的時後長期滴濕，有的濕到發霉也壞到差不多了，既然整修完房子，乾脆傢俱跟床墊也都換新好了，請給小弟推鑑一下傢俱跟床墊，傢俱復古風也行，再來床墊能有購買經驗更好。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】不滿內政部長李鴻源將「苗栗大埔案」與「台南鐵路地下化案」相提並論，台南市長賴清德今原定在行政院會時，當面要求李鴻源澄清誤會；不過，李鴻源坐鎮防災中心未出席。賴清德則舉行記者會對外說明指出，台南鐵路地下化與大埔案在公益性、必要性上都不同，地下化案的需地機關是交通部，徵收土地為道路使用，不會被財團牟利；李鴻源從政治角度出發，另人質疑有「圍魏救趙」的意圖。

賴清德指出，李鴻源發言前未詳細了解鐵路地下化與大埔案不同，造成社會誤解，恐影響鐵路地下化推動，若導致工程延宕，對台南市民不公平。呼籲李鴻源公開澄清說明。

對於鐵路自救會訴求，賴清德指出，自行政院2009年核定核定後幾經溝通與評估，相較自救會的「逆打工法」較費時危險，且拆除戶更多，因此選擇繼續推動政院版。賴強調，他會盡全力與民眾溝通，不會輕言強拆，「身為市府有責任進行重大建設，身為市長有義務照顧市民」。

據《壹電視》報導，昨晚約11時，新北市土城金城路有民宅的擋土牆因潭美颱風大雨造成坍塌，崩落的土石砸落民宅窗戶，屋主早上受訪時表示心有餘悸，被坍方的聲音嚇壞了，不敢再繼續住，所以連夜撤離到女兒住處。

本人想請教有知中古日產 NISSAN Cefiro 4.5 划不划算的有知人士們，



究竟中古日產 NISSAN Cefiro 4.5 划不划算？


雖然本人有 po 上同樣是要價 4.5 萬的日產 NISSAN Cefiro 二手車拍賣網頁，


但是網頁當中的日產 NISSAN Cefiro 其實並非本人民國 72 年次所出生；在民國 102/10 初即將要當新生兒；小公子哥兒爹地的林姓友人所買的車，


只不過是本人剛好有找到同樣是要價 4.5 萬的日產 NISSAN Cefiro 罷了。


本人在民國 102/08/21 這日大約是下午三點多到五點多的時候有隨本人民國 72 年次所出生的林姓老朋友開著他花 4.5 萬所購買的日產 NISSAN Cefiro 開車出去來回兜風大約兩個多小時的時間，


雖然本人真的是有感到那部二手的日產 NISSAN Cefiro 有比本人家中已購買了已滿 18 年歲月的日產 NISSAN March 安靜、舒適許多，


甚至車子的外觀看起來也至少有八成新的不錯看，


而且還能輕輕鬆鬆的在適合飆車的鄉間大道上以可能不到十秒的時間就能瞬間加速到時速 100，（依舊安靜、舒適）
 
但是車上的儀表版及一些本人健忘腦袋所記不得的一些缺點還是讓本人不得不對那部二手日產 NISSAN Cefiro 有所挑剔，


但是卻又因為本人那位即將要當新手爸爸的林姓友人並非大富大貴的富貴人家，（他老爸於民國 100 年時因本人健忘腦袋所不記得的病況而過世）


因此本人也就對他的購車行為無法太過於挑剔了。


只是本人不知究竟要價 4.5 萬的中古日產 NISSAN Cefiro 4.5 划不划算罷了。

  民國 71 年次所出生的本人在年滿七歲的前三個月，三弟出生前三天時老爸就因為很不幸的因為在尋示本人兒時所居住過的老家後院老舊廁所改健工程時，因老舊廁所莫名其妙倒塌的緣故而很不幸的被壓至身亡了。因此本人朋友的父親大人還比老爸多活了 20 多年呢！（當他在和本人訴說這事時，感覺是一丁點兒也不哀傷）
