小弟09年買的當時CP卡王之一 微星250雙風扇 掛點了 所以現在只能用手機上網，好難排版 到現在也超過4年了，剛好也是時機換掉 預算大約是5k 至少能執行BF4 反正現在效能幾乎都樂勝250 對我來說都是升級 我猜想我的250會不會跑BF4操過頭掛了 這價位看了一下，似乎是7850首選 但是藝人店跟高價屋好像都剩小星星的 如果排除小星星，還有沒有什麼型號牌子還算ok的?? 或是跟他拼一下人品直接小星星7850呢?? 感謝各位 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.166.87.16

留了好久的長髮 跟著我大半輩子的長髮 這次我就要把他結束掉囉 長髮留了好幾年了，幾乎是從大學剛開始留到現在 陪我度過好多風風雨雨的日子 很多人都覺得要把長髮簡短是要下很大的決心之類的 但我好像也不是這樣 就只是想要換個造型迎接一下新的開始 當然都留了這麼久的長髮一下子要剪掉真的是給他非常捨不得耶>http://i.imgur.com/kthvtyO.jpg 有點亂有點雜

金管會今天同意台北富邦銀行向新加坡主管機關申請設立新加坡分行。

台北富邦為積極參與東協國家金融業務，經評估新加坡政經及金融概況，以及我國與新加坡的雙邊貿易等情形，在當地設立分行，除可提供現有往來客戶更完整與完善的金融服務，並有助於承作東協國家跨境金融業務及國際商品貿易融資。

金管會表示，目前在新加坡設有分支機構的本國銀行，有一銀、台銀、華銀、兆豐、彰銀、土銀、國泰世華、中信銀及玉山銀等九家銀行。

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市環保局本月執行水污染熱區打擊計畫時發現，新莊區西盛溝遭排放不明黑色廢水，經稽查員沿河道向上游追查，並摸黑進入高度不到1公尺的涵洞追查，赫然發現一個直徑約120公分、深約2公尺的石堆，高溫廢水即自石堆空隙中排放，經開挖後發現直徑約17公分的暗管。

環保人員循線進入附近染整廠區查核，並於「美力康美麗人生有限公司」廢水收集池投以藍色追蹤劑，雖廠方人員關閉閥門逃避查緝，仍於管線內採取到些許藍色追蹤劑，足以證實該公司違法情事，以違反《水污染防治法》從重處分60萬元，同時要求封管停止污染行為，並列為重點稽查和管制對象。

民主的用意在盡量使全民都可以參予到政治，畢竟如果一件事情如果關係到自己，那或多或少會希望自己能有一些決定的權利。

的確，我曾經想過沒有受過相關一定程度政治教育的人，他是否有權力參加政治決定?一般老百姓有這思維有這遠見可以做出對全體國民有利的判斷嗎?
民主會不會流於民粹?或是成為作秀、偽善?
上續的這些疑問確實都是民主不可避免的問題!

但我要提兩點民主仍然是現階段比較好的論點:
1.專制政體若碰到明主、明君，不僅政策造福全國人民，行政體系也遠比民主有效率；但萬一我們碰到的並不是明主呢?這是一個很嚴重的問題，歷史雖然常常告訴我們一個賢民的君主怎麼樣造福了他的國家，但也有更多的例子是昏君或暴君如何禍國殃民。
2."工蜂心態"；為了整個族群好，工蜂一輩子甘願做辛苦的工蜂，為了整個蜂巢的繁榮，也許很多工蜂引以為榮，但其實工蜂應有權利選擇與決定，自己生下後要做的是什麼角色，縱使有可能這樣會使蜂巢的運作並不那麼好，但"群體的榮耀"與"個體的自由"，當前者已經達到80分，或甚至只有60分，後者就應該被重視了。我們提倡民主自由，其最大的真諦不在於說"這對群體有多麼幫助"，而是對"個人之尊嚴與價值的肯定"。

各國有各國適合的政治體系，而且通常是由專制走向民主(台灣、日本、歐洲國家等便是例子)；坦白說我期望中共能走向民主，但我同時也不怪中共還沒走向民主，依目前的狀況，中共倉促走向民主有很大的風險會造成其內部的混亂與分裂進而造成嚴重傷害。

民主不完美，有很多問題，也有很多人對其失望，但在一個富足或小康的社會，它仍然是現況較好的政治體系。

至於您後續提到的統獨問題，我講一些歷史的例子:
美國、澳洲祖先多是英國人，英國人和德國人是同宗(盎格魯薩克遜人)，中南美洲人的祖先多是葡萄牙與西班牙人，而西班牙、義大利是羅馬拉丁人的後代，德國奧地利匈牙利的血緣關係非常親密...
台灣人的祖先多是中國人，
那台灣人是華人就一定得在中共政權統治下?就一定得當個中國人嗎?
一個如大英國協或德國奧地利，彼此獨立卻又互相相挺的關係不好嗎?
我不排斥大陸人，且我尊重中華文化也十分了解，但令我無法接受的是部分大陸人過於偏激的心態，使我深刻認為台灣人和大陸的價值觀與認知是有相當落差的。

我是中國人，或我是哪一國人，這問題要由自己發自內心的認知，並沒有所謂應該或不應該；既使父母生我，若不善待我，而視我應當然付出，我不認同這家庭，我有權離開。想要台灣完全接受中國的統治，唯有中國真正善待與尊重台灣，才有可能有機會。

我可以很驕傲地說，台灣人的祖先不僅很多是從大陸來的，而且其中大部分都是海盜、叛軍、流民亂黨與勇闖新世界的拓荒者，叛逆的基因天生潛藏在我們體內，也許現在台灣人比較安逸了、墮落了，但此地唯有讓台灣人完全心服口服才有可能完全統一，若憑著大陸一方的意識形態強取，其後患必無窮。

總結一句上面提到的話，"群體的榮耀"與"個體的自由"，當前者已經達到80分，或甚至只有60分，後者就應該被重視了。我們提倡民主自由，其最大的真諦不在於說"這對群體有多麼幫助"，而是對"個人之尊嚴與價值的肯定"。
