「蹲點‧台灣」活動為中華電信基金會舉辦的志工服務活動。今年總共有24組大專學生，在暑假中，到全台灣多個社區，花15-20天時間，為當地社區做志工服務或是拍攝記錄影片。《商業周刊》以媒體專業從旁協助，指導學生寫作文章和提供取材建議。

這20個偏遠社區，從新北市、雲林、南投、台南、高雄、屏東到花蓮、台東。多數學生在活動開始前都沒去過這個地方，卻十分渴望在盛夏去那邊服務人群，為台灣這塊土地盡份心力。

《商業周刊》網站將從7月15日起，編輯團隊將精選參與學生的蹲點日誌，彙編後於每週四刊登在「蹲點‧台灣」專欄部落格上，讓我們一起透過這些年輕的眼睛，看看這些同樣在台灣，你我卻都沒有機會去體驗的生活、想過的事情。

羅山是典型的農村社區，除了大家熟知的有機水稻耕作外，就業機會十分有限，致使最近幾年來青壯輩人口急速外流，出外謀生者日益增加。從十年前的三百多戶到現在的一百多戶，顯示了羅山村人口急遽減少的隱憂。

這也是許多偏遠地區普遍出現的現象，但是當我們到了羅山村之後，也發現近年來，不管是年輕人回流或是從都市移入羅山的「鄉村新移民」，漸漸地活化了社區內長期只有老人與小孩的氛圍。

一個從台北到羅山定居的家庭，以及從美國飄洋過海回到故鄉的遊子，兩段不同的生命歷程，讓社區帶來一點不一樣的曙光。

推開窗戶，迎接蟬鳴不斷的盛夏，每天早晨五點半，羅山村月荷塘民宿的老闆張綦桓與老闆娘冷孟臻就得起床為客人準備早餐。擁有烘焙證照的張大哥堅持親自手做米麩麵包，早餐另外搭配有機彩椒、新鮮水果與有機雞蛋組合而成。

【綜合報導】中國重慶前市委書記薄熙來被控貪污、受賄及濫用職權的案件，今日繼續在山東濟南市中級人民法院進行第3日審訊，繼續傳召曾擔任大連市城鄉規劃土地局局長的王正剛，就貪污案作證。

在昨日的審訊，控方呈上多名證人，包括薄妻谷開來的供詞及視象證供，證明大連實德集團前董事長徐明曾經支付谷開來及其兒子薄瓜瓜多項費用。但薄熙來在庭上辯稱，一概不知情。他指妻子是精神不正常和受壓，才會這樣做。

對於控方指谷開來收受徐明1600多萬元人民幣，在法國康城購買別墅一事，薄熙來以與他無關，以及印象模糊等回應。
