【大紀元2013年09月02日訊】（大紀元記者黃清綜合報導）繼中石油4名高管近日被拘之後，9月1日上午，中共中紀委宣佈，正部級的國務院國資委主任、原中石油集團公司董事長蔣潔敏涉嫌「嚴重違紀」，目前正接受組織調查。蔣潔敏是前中共政法委書記周永康的鐵桿心腹，蔣被抓也意味著中石油知名的「勝利系」全線坍塌。

公開消息顯示，蔣潔敏出生於1955年，自1972年12月進入山東勝利油田，先後出任采油廠黨委書記、勝利石油管理局副局長等任職長達22年。蔣潔敏在石油系統從技術員做起，除4年轉政時間外，37年時間都在石油系統。上世紀80年代周永康則一直擔任勝利油田黨委書記，已經被抓的郭永祥在當時擔任勝利油田黨委辦公室秘書。

國資委主任蔣潔敏落馬 中石油「勝利系」全線坍塌

中共當局9月1日發佈消息稱，上任不足半年的國資委主任蔣潔敏涉嫌嚴重違紀接受中央紀委調查。這是十八大後落馬的首位中央委員。

就在幾天前，薄熙來庭審全盤翻供的當天和第二天（8月26、 27日），中紀委、國資委先後披露王永春等中石油四名高管接受審查的消息，兩天之內中石油四個高管落馬，引發輿論震動。

中石油四高管落馬時，蔣潔敏當時已多日未到單位，頗為反常。9月1日，大陸《財新網》報導：8月27日，也就是李華林等三名高管被宣佈接受調查的當天，據知情人士透露，公佈消息是國資委黨委書記、副主任張毅，蔣潔敏被要求避席。

當時大陸亦有媒體暗示，蔣潔敏出身於「石油幫」中勝利系，可能與被查的四高管，甚至更早前被查、同樣出身於「勝利系」的四川文聯主席郭永祥有牽連。

蔣潔敏出生於1955年，自1972年12月進入山東勝利油田，任職長達22年。上世紀80年代周永康則一直擔任勝利油田黨委書記，已經被抓的郭永祥則當時擔任勝利油田黨委辦公室秘書。

薄熙來案庭審結束當天的8月26日，中紀委便迫不及待公佈了中石油副總經理兼旗下第一大油田大慶油田總經理王永春被查的消息。據稱，王永春為蔣潔敏的心腹，一度被視為十八大後蔣潔敏的接班人。

據《中國經營報》援引多個獨立消息源稱，在「中石油四高管」接受組織審查之前，從2013年上半年開始，中石油崑崙天然氣利用有限公司原總經理陶玉春就已開始配合有關部門的調查工作，業界認為陶玉春為相關調查提供了重要線索。

陶玉春和其後接受組織審查的四川省人大原副主任郭永祥、中石油原副總經理李華林均曾任職中石油勝利油田。而隨著中石油反腐大網的撒開，在石油石化系統內部十分熟知的「勝利油田系」逐步開始走入公眾的視野。

中國石油系統向來為原中央政法委書記周永康「勢力範圍」。從陶玉春到郭永祥再到3高管，直至如今周永康中石油最鐵桿心腹蔣潔敏的被查，周永康在中石油系統的心腹幾乎都被抓 。

外媒聚焦中石油大清洗

中共在石油領域的大清洗也令國際輿論頗為關注。《紐約時報》8月28日報導稱，中國的石油行業一直以來都是實權官員的勢力範圍，這讓任何調查都在政治上變得棘手。

佐治亞州立大學政治學教授韋德曼說：「這是一個挑戰，因為這些人手中集中了多得可怕的權力，這些集聚的權力讓這些人能夠進行腐敗活動，並用權力來遮掩腐敗行為。

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨基層近日流傳一份傳單，明白主張「敦請呂秀蓮前副總統帶領民進黨迎戰2014台北市長」，外傳呂秀蓮宣布參選台北市長的時間，就定在9月6日。呂秀蓮下午被問及是否下周宣布參選時直說，「這是兩回事」，強調她推動的工作都是良心事業，和選舉沒有關係。
 
被問及台北市長可能參選人連勝文及柯文哲，呂直說「兩人都非常優秀，各有千秋」。媒體追問有沒有意願參選？呂未正面回應，僅表示「我意願高，但如果黨不需要我、台北市不需要我，我就照做我的良心事業」。
 
呂秀蓮辦公室則指出，沒有聽過呂要參選台北市長，相關傳單連看都沒有看過，不知道內容在講什麼，也從來沒有聽呂提過要參選台北市長，呂一直在台北市推動反核，目前反核連署的份數都還不夠，希望各界能夠協助加入連署行列。

法新社報導，美國國務卿凱瑞今天表示，美國取得的證據顯示，敘利亞首都大馬士革上個月的一次攻擊事件曾使用沙林毒氣；他呼籲國會表決通過對敘利亞政權採取軍事行動。

凱瑞（John Kerry）告訴國家廣播公司（NBC）電視網與有線電視新聞網（CNN），上個月大馬士革發生攻擊事件後，現場急救人員採取的毛髮和血液樣本已提供給美國，檢驗結果對「沙林毒氣呈陽性反應」。

美國總統歐巴馬昨天要求由國會表決，決定是否授權對敘利亞採取行動。凱瑞今天連上各家電視台的談話節目，鼓吹美國應發動軍事攻擊。
