【胡守得／台北報導】特偵組指涉台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉及柯建銘案上訴關說案，陳守煌說，「立法院有立委向我提起，柯案不要不負責任急於上訴，我回答『我會轉達』；基於檢察一體原則，有找承辦檢察官討論，請檢察官依法處理，該上訴就上訴，不該上訴就不要上訴，不要怕承擔社會責任，隨便上訴；況且最高檢察署也常召集各檢察署針對重大案件商討。」
 
對於被送檢察官評鑑，陳守煌說，「這是最高檢的權責，一生坦蕩蕩、清清白白，不說謊」。

【綜合報導】我國漁民蔡波本周二在菲律賓巴丹群島附近捕魚，遭菲國拘留，但他有無入侵菲國領海，政府單位說法不一。而今日《法新社》公佈2張蔡波的照片，其中一張是蔡波躺在菲律賓一間醫院的畫面，照片中蔡波的狀況看似正常，還拿著手板寫字。

另一張照片則是蔡波被菲方指控「撈過界」所乘坐的膠筏。蔡波妻子施麗華表示，丈夫在廣大興案後，才第一次開膠筏到那麼遠的地方捕魚，沒想到竟遭菲國逮捕，希望政府趕緊救人。
