法界質疑特偵組公布通訊監察譯文有爭議，相關單位應調查是否違法公布。

一名資深檢察官指出，地檢署發布偵辦案件的新聞稿時，大都不會在新聞稿中附通訊監察譯文，顧慮的就是避免違反通訊監察法。他說，特偵組新聞稿中附當事人通訊監察譯文，非常罕見，與多數檢察機關作法不同，也難怪引起質疑。

一名法官表示，通訊監察法第五條或第七條規定的監察目的是危及國家安全及社會秩序情節重大者；特偵組公布通訊監察譯文的目的，是否基於此案有危害國家安全及社會秩序情節重大？特偵組應該要主動說明。監察院及法務部也應該調查特偵組有無違失或違法。

一名律師認為，依特偵組公布的通訊監察譯文資料，曾勇夫和陳守煌接受關說的證據薄弱，特偵組沒充分證明此案危及國家安全及社會秩序情節重大就公布監察譯文資料，未免操之過急，不僅有違法之嫌，也惹來政治偵防的非議。

他說，發現違法，所有檢察官和地檢署都有義務調查；他相信此案震撼司法界，「但，誰敢辦特偵組？」

幾個月過去，我們常取消約會，好不容易終於見面了。

「今天不加班嗎？」我倆對望著哈哈大笑。

管它的，決定先找個電影院，給自己一個關機的正當藉口，再好好去吃一頓，祭祭我們年久失修的五臟廟。

「妳怎麼把ADAM帶來了？這樣不好吧！」

「沒關係啦，牠很體貼，不會打擾別人。」

我看牠安靜的坐在裡面，與當初活蹦亂跳的樣子截然不同，都會的影響力真厲害，不管你原來是什麼樣的物種，都可以經由訓練規格化的融入這個城市。

我們走近電影看板，搜尋著要看什麼？悲情的太慘、鬧劇的沒深度、戰爭片算了吧，人生如戰場，別再折磨自己了。「嗯，穿著Prada的惡魔不錯，也許對工作有益，還可反諷一下紓解心情。」

整場電影下來ADAM都寂靜無聲，真是讓我訝異。「妳把牠訓練得很好嘛。」她微笑沒有作聲。

吃飯時，她說現在的工作量很大，主管的要求很高，身體有狀況也只能靠按摩整脊或藥物解決，因為待在這個職位會有機會外調北歐，這一直都是她的夢想天堂，她希望能夠再支撐努力一下，不用太久的。

她說這話時，讓我想起電影中的畫面，女主角訴說著她的努力與委屈，藝術總監卻對她說：

「我幾分鐘內就可以找到人取代妳，外面有很多女孩非常想要這份工作。」

「我有做不完的事，忙到生活都一團糟。」

「忙碌，這表示妳的工作開始步入正軌，等到妳的生活完全化為烏有時，表示妳要被提拔了。」

想到這裡，我不知道是否應該繼續支持她？

一周後，電話那頭傳來她的哭聲，「妳怎麼了？」

「ADAM死了。」

「怎麼會呢？」

我們曾經討論過，她這麼忙哪有時間照顧ADAM，她說就是因為她這麼忙，每天回家面對那百萬裝潢的屋子，總覺得缺些什麼，直到ADAM來了之後，她開始有一種被等待、被需要的踏實感；那種無條件、不用交際、不用算計的安全感是在外面找不到的。她為牠買衣、買房、買進所有牠需要的一切，還包括一台醫生說牠需要常常出去運動的跑步機。ADAM雖然很少出門，但似乎也習慣了室內的生活享受，與在跑步機上的日子。

這一天她如往常般的加班晚歸，開門時有怪聲？開燈後她忍不住尖叫，ADAM躺在跑步機的不遠處，機具還咻咻作響，她才想起早上接到公司緊急電話，她拿了包就趕出去，忘了還在跑步機上的ADAM。醫生說牠因為勞動過度，心臟負荷不了猝死。她自責不已，只是我很納悶，難道真像訓練賽狗的人說的，當機器沒有停下來時，狗只會愈跑愈快？！

那天晚上我們聊了很多。

看著那台跑步機，我們對望了很久，「也許，妳也可以自己跳下來。」

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義地方法院有7名法官報到，今天由院長陳朱貴介紹，其中2人是回任，審判長張道周留職停薪，到美國華盛頓拿到法學博士學位，法官康存真則是去夏威夷大學進俢法學碩士，其他為吳育汝（女，49期，刑二庭法官）、康敏郎（男，50期，刑一庭法官）、楊鑫忠（男，50期，簡易庭法官）；新分發法官，黃逸寧（女，52期，簡易庭法官）、張佐榕（男，52期，刑七庭法官）。

由於嘉義地院被司法院選為人民觀審制試辦法院，人民觀審制或陪審制較適合台灣，引發熱烈討論。康存真表示，她在美國參加多次和陪審團制有關的研討會，不少專家學者都認為，陪審團制度是種包袱，以韓國和日本的人民觀審制較符合台灣國情。張道周說，美國是民主國家，和亞洲的菁英制度不同，他們也較富有質疑、批判精神，人民觀審最後審判權是交給人民或法官，仍在討論階段，這也是模擬法庭要探討的重點之一。

雲南省副省長劉平昨天率團和高雄市觀光界座談，大陸業者抱怨近來陸客團餐投訴多；高雄業者林明哲「放砲」指出，雲南有業者對赴台遊挺他3個月，團費卻欠了8個月，希望兩岸能對等。令劉平聽了好尷尬。

劉平和雲南省旅遊發展委員會副主席文淑瓊、雲南赴台遊自律會會長辛江等二十多人，昨天下午和高雄市觀光局副局長劉顯惠、觀光協會理事長黃金祥等人座談。

談到大陸旅遊法10月1日將實施，雙方都感受到「風雨欲來」。不過，均肯定可提升旅遊品質，減少旅遊投訴。劉平強調，要全力支持、推動。

雲南去年來台旅遊有4萬多人次。辛江說，雲南赴台遊5年來，團餐比新加坡、香港、泰國及馬來西亞都受陸客好評。不過，近1年多來，團餐的投訴愈來愈多，希望能注意、改進。而台灣航空公司給雲南業者的機位不足，待增加。

高雄自由行是雲南旅行社看好的市場，雲南業者盼高雄業者多包裝自由行商品。

愛友旅行社董事長林明哲說，雲南旅遊長期以來都以昆明、大理及麗江的8日遊為主，要有更多新的旅遊商品，才能招徠更多遊客。希望大陸旅遊法能真正減少購物行程，好有更多旅遊行程。

買了穩定器，可是問題一大堆
我的相機是A57，鏡頭是DT16-50
機子加上鏡頭其實蠻重的，我根據官網給的資料大概又1.2KG左右
因此穩定器選擇承載1.35KG的sevenoak sk-w04
可是我裝上去後並沒有想像中的穩定，的確有比較穩定，但是效果還可以而已
我左右晃或者上下晃之後，它會像船一樣慢慢的搖擺
而把砝碼提起來放下，速度也沒有3秒鐘，大概一秒吧？
我不知道到底是我安裝的問題還是這是它的極限？（也許應該買更重的組合？）
而我花了一些時間拍攝結果手真的酸痛死了.
目前正在想兩種形式的穩定器那種比較好？（另一種是像一根柱子的那種）
