【陳如嬌／台北報導】公路總局表示，受天兔颱風豪雨影響，截至下午6時，封閉台7線北橫公路等9路線，其中有3路線是災害性封閉，另6路線預警性封閉。

災害封性閉路線包括：台7線北橫公路大曼路段邊坡坍方，預計明天16時搶通；8線中橫公路碧綠溪路段邊坡坍方，預計明天8時搶通；台20線勤和至復興便道因溪水暴漲涵管流失，待溪水退卻再行評估搶通時程。

預警性封閉路線則包括，台7線北橫公路高義至巴陵路段預計明天6時開放；台8線中橫公路關原至太魯閣預計明天8時開放；台9線南迴公路香蘭至新路路段晚間10時起至明天上午8時封閉；台20線南橫公路向陽至霧鹿預計明天17時開放；台20線南橫公路撒拉啊嗚橋便橋預計後天8時開放；台23線東富公路小天祥路段預計後天零時開放。

公路總局強調，預警性封閉路線仍須視實際降雨及巡查結果，研判是否延後開放時間。

美保版的各位，你們好，這是是小妹我的首PO。 如果PO文處，有不恰當的地方，請告知小妹，我再自刪。謝謝。 文長，謝謝您的閱讀和指教。 《原因》→因為工作的關係，所以下午13:30到14:30一定要在戶外曬太陽。 儘管在13:00， 一定會在手臂、脖子、後頸部，塗上肌研防曬凝露(SPF50、PA++++) 而臉上在出門上班前， 臉妝是 媚比琳BB霜(白瓶身) SPF50、PA+++ 香奈兒美白防曬粉餅 SPF26 但到了13:00時，會在臉上塗上少許的肌研防曬凝露，而後再撲上粉餅。 工作時，也有戴帽子，但是高雄的太陽下真的很毒辣。 每次14:30回到辦公室，每每臉部都黑得亂七八糟。 同事還會說我看起來髒髒的。就是立馬黑了一圈的樣子。 《問題1》→我想請問會看起來黑黑髒髒的，這是高雄太陽太烈的緣故嗎? 我現在能想到的方式， 是回到辦公室後，用濕紙巾擦拭臉部一番，重新上BB霜+美白粉餅補妝。 這樣會對肌膚造成負擔嗎? 還是說在時間允許之下， 我卸妝後，塗上蘆薈凝露冰敷一下，然後再洗掉，上嘉美豔容露。 之後再重新上妝呢? 《問題2》→我現在使用的是水之印組合包 但是在家卸完妝，洗完臉，上化妝水時，總感覺有屑屑。 當時以為是角質層，但是我都有每星期固定去角質2-3次。 就連沒上妝的日子，上化妝水也會有屑屑。這是正常的嗎? 《問題3》→關於美白的保養品，大家會推薦的是? 爬了版上的文章，大家對於美白的保養品都各有喜好。 1.Dr.Wu VC微導系列(化妝水、精華液、乳液)組合包 →用過，但是沒白 2.水之印藍瓶(化妝水、乳液)組合包 →目前在使用，也購買了第二包。還在實驗中 3.專科美白化妝水 →濕敷，但是還沒看出顯著的效果。 因為經濟上的關係，沒辦法買到醫美級高價位的... 就連香奈兒美白粉餅也是一年才購買一次。(真的很省著用) 因此請版上的姐妹們， 推薦必須在烈日下工作的小妹我，不再曬後看起來黑黑髒髒的美白保養品。 感謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.142.60.35

標題[負雷]起風天去看風起

颱風天閒著沒事，跑去電影院看宮崎駿的最後作品，看完之後，我也深深覺得他的確該退休了…… 好吧，雖然這篇文章我打著負雷的名號，但其實我笑得還蠻開心的，因為劇情跟對話實在過於智障，讓我的笑穴完全被打開了。 前面十五分鐘我就感覺有些無聊，可是秉持一部片的內容是需要時間帶出的，我並沒有太多想法，讓主角帶領我繼續旅程。 不過，當電影經過一個小時之後，我已經開始不耐煩了，找不出劇情的主結構到底在那裡，說是主角要堅持他的飛機夢，我卻不知道此夢從何跑出？只有一位不斷有幻覺出現，跟睡眠障礙的日本少年跑來跑去。 好，前面一個小時暫且算了，我期待下一個六十分鐘總可以吧？女主角終於又登場了，卻從此讓這部戲進入崩潰。 她跟男主角的互動低能到我不知道該怎麼評斷，幫忙撿撿東西就定情，會不會太容易了啊？就算是妳痴情我也罷了，重逢後開頭的第一句話不是好久不見之類的，而是妳正在跟泉水道謝？也未免太坑爹了，正常人聽到會懷疑她的智商才對吧？ 之後的紙飛機你追我跑我就不想提了，搬到現實中能看嘛宮先生……？我比較期待看見女主角摔下來，脊椎斷裂變成植物人的劇情耶說實在 更慘烈的還未結束，在前一段說明的劇情後，兩人莫名奇妙的結婚了，陷入我想你妳不要走去山上又跑回來的詭異輪迴，最讓我記憶深刻的台詞是菜穗子吐血，二郎急急忙忙跑了回家。 而在他要離開時，說：我以後會由玄關進來的，女主角居然回說：我比較喜歡你從院子進來……幹！這根本性暗示吧？男主角你也有病，菜穗子說親吻會傳染肺結核，你卻回她說我愛妳？這牛頭馬嘴的等級完全超越我的想像啊！ 這部電影的『我愛你』與親吻數量之多，我只能說太令人髮指了，看了腦中都得暫時停止運作，淫蕩！ 撇出二主不提，其他人物的登場都讓我很蛋疼，妹妹就是跑出來說葛格你OOXX，本莊戲份很多卻對劇情無幫助，根本魔神仔一隻的卡普洛尼，最愛與主角觀落陰對談，吃一盤大青菜讓我笑到失控的卡斯特魯普，最後大概只有黑川的性格是最令我記得的吧！ 劇情的不合理多到我實在記不清，像是大地震時人群的冷靜，跟大地顫動火車卻毫髮無傷擺在原點，菜穗子去山中治療卻在房子外面吹著雪，吐完血後就再也沒怎樣連咳嗽都沒有，就這樣突然掛點，我的天啊…… 就算我都把整部片看完了，我依然不懂男主角做了什麼事情，只會說好美麗、好漂亮、謝謝跟一堆狗血的話，畫了十年的圖然後飛機就好了，除此之外，情緒起伏堪稱是零，頂多哭戲時那超強灑落的淚珠，讓我覺得他是有感情戲的…… 感覺提到風起的句子似乎很有意境，不過在總結我上面的想法後，我實在很難對那文子有所感觸啊…… 我只能說，大概是我的賞析功力還不到家，才無法從中得到任何啟示，是我個人的疏失，並非宮先生的最後作品真的太離奇了吧？…… 希望接下來要去欣賞風起的朋友們，能夠體會出其蘊含的感動、而不會像我一樣花了兩個半小時，只覺得浪費時間跟金錢呀！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.243.78.132
