【陳詩璧／綜合報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻被《壹週刊》爆料，在9月25日蹺班跑去泡湯，途中還超速狂飆到時速150公里，而且在9月26日行經車禍現場時，快閃離開，對於這些報導，劉政鴻一早準備了錄音跟錄影檔，召開記者會自清。

縣長劉政鴻面對問題逐一回應，先強調當天抵達溫泉會館停車場時，是下午5時09分，屬於下班時間不算蹺班，途中飆車時速150公里，他表示當時是坐在車上沒錯，但是開車的不是他，不清楚是不是有超速，至於26日漠視車禍的過程，他表示當時有看到警察在現場，才會直接離開，但是離開時有打電話到119，並且公布當時的錄音檔，表示自己沒有漠視，還強調自己將近8年來都是6點多就上班，台南市長賴清德有嗎，拉賴清德出來要大家比較。
