總統馬英九今天說，台灣經濟須重新定位，打造成為「自由經濟島」，除全面融入區域經濟整合外，並加速推動自由經濟示範區。

中華民國中樞暨各界慶祝102年國慶大會上午在總統府前廣場舉行，馬總統以「堅定方向 團結奮進 開創國家新局」為題發表演說。

總統在演說呼籲，台灣經濟正面臨全球化與區域整合的雙重挑戰，「我們必須重新定位」，一方面讓台灣成為國際經濟體系中關鍵元件和精密設備的提供者，與服務業創新模式的開發者，另一方面要參與全球競爭，吸引全球投資，拓展商品和服務輸出的市場，讓台灣成為「自由經濟島」。

他說，政府正在整合產學資源，積極開發10項工業基礎技術，讓它們在國內生根，成為產業未來創新升級的基礎；更積極協助許多廠商轉型為「中堅企業」，不僅發展出關鍵技術，也逐步建立在國際供應鏈的「隱形冠軍」。

總統強調，台灣要成為「自由經濟島」，一方面要全面融入區域經濟整合，另一方面要快速推動「自由經濟示範區」。

不過，他說，「現在我們面臨的，不是『要不要』的問題，而是『我們已經落後其他國家很遠』的問題」。

小弟得之於科技版太多，也來拋磚引玉一下 由於並非是優秀人才，只是個私碩，見笑了。 小弟研替三年的內容如下(硬體工程師) 年份 月薪 工時 公司 分紅 年薪 10 41K x 2(10月份剛進公司) 9~20 虹光精密 0 82K 11 42K x 14(調薪) 9~20 虹光精密 0 588K 12 46K x 14(調薪) 9~19 虹光精密 23K 667K 13 54K x 14(調薪2次) 9~18:30 虹光精密 (已經離職 未領到) 平均時薪 : 180~250 NTD/HR 以365天計算 工時越來越短是因為越來越上手的緣故，所以可以很快把需要的事情做完。 離職之後才發現，其實工作的氣氛對我來說非常的重要，新的公司雖然錢比較多 但是大家大多是自己做自己的事情，並不會有太多的交談。在虹光的時候其實很 像在研究所的實驗室一樣，大家做累了下午就會喇賽一下，偶爾訂訂下午茶，因 為是硬體工程師的緣故，也需要跟機構和韌體有合作，合作的氣氛也都相當的好 ，不會互相扯後腿或是推託問題，頂多是互相開開玩笑，雖然福利普普甚至算不 好，但是同事會互相邀約出遊，大家就像好朋友一樣。要說缺點大概就是PM很雞 掰而已，但是Team member一起幹譙PM也是一件很好玩的事情。有時候真的覺得 自己可能是腦袋燒壞才突然想提離職，事後確實有點後悔。 也順便詢問一下各位是不是有比較早下班，工作氣氛好的公司讓大家聞香一下囉^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.243.231

標題[心情] 是我太小心眼嗎

前兩個禮拜 男友因為公司培訓要去臺北上課 這次研習是集結全台分公司的新進人員 男友在上課分組討論的時候 跟一群在台中分公司的同事一組 男友跟我說其中一個女生會一直找他講話 座位還會故意挑我男友旁邊然後越坐越近 聽到這裡我就很想尻爆那個女生的頭 之後因為這個女生也沒有後續動作 所以我也忘了這件事 在前幾天男友來找我的時候 要我陪他玩一個手機app的遊戲 是一個看圖猜成語的遊戲 看起來就像是給學齡小朋友玩的 我就問男友怎麼會去下載這個遊戲 結果他就說是台中分公司的女生要他一起玩的 當下我的畫面就是男友跟那個女友兩個玩遊戲玩的很開心的樣子 然後我就不爽 因為之前我也有玩一款類似養成遊戲 一直希望男友陪我一起玩 可是男友不管怎樣都不要 之後我也沒繼續盧我男友 我有跟男友講說我因為這件事很不開心 就算男友當下有道歉了 可是這件事就變成我心裡的一根刺 就讓我覺得真的是我太愛吃醋太小心眼嗎? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.78.72.234

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】神秘的英國塗鴉大師班克西(Banksy)，罕見受訪，日前接受Village Voice書面採訪，說明這次選擇暫居紐約，發起為期1個月塗鴉秀的原因。
 
班克西表示選擇紐約，是因為紐約就像座又舊又髒的燈塔，大家都想來這裡證明自己，而且紐約有很多隱蔽的場所，不過他數個月前來場勘發現的空白牆壁，現在都蓋了大樓，很訝異紐約發展這麼快速，他也打趣地說：「或許我應該選擇比較有意義的地方，像是北京或莫斯科，但那裡的披薩沒那麼好吃。」
 
班克西還被問及，在紐約塗鴉是否也是為了要賺錢，班克西回答表示：「完全不是這麼一回事，商業成功就代表這個塗鴉藝術家失敗了，我們不該以賺錢為目的，看看現在社會獎勵那麼多錯誤的人，金錢報酬無非就是利己平庸。」
