（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北十八日電）國防部今天表示，民國一０二年國軍官兵「愛你一生、情定今世」聯合婚禮活動，今天下午十四時卅分在國防大學復興崗校區舉行，總計有376對新人報名參加婚禮。

　國防部指出，今年聯合婚禮原規劃250對新人，因官兵報名踴躍，參加新人計有376對；其中陸軍123對、海軍56對、空軍110對、後備14對、憲兵4對、中央單位69對；參加聯合婚禮的新人，最高階的是中校，計有6對，志願士兵則有6對。

　特別的是，這次參加聯合婚禮的新人中，有二位外籍新娘，分別是烏克蘭籍許莉塔小姐，嫁給空軍許耀華上尉，以及南非籍蘇妮雅小姐，嫁給空軍王冠勳中尉；此外，還有一對姊妹同時參與聯合婚禮，妹妹黃千珮上尉是國防大學政戰學院講師，嫁給埔里國中老師顧仁傑，而姊姊黃姿榕任教於新北市忠孝國中，嫁給資電部尤翰彬少校。

　國防部進一步表示，配合政府鼓勵生育政策，一００年「百對百年好合」、一０一年「一生一世、相愛久久」聯合婚禮，共計513對官兵參加，其中已生育者計有225對（佔43.8%），目前懷孕待產者計有64對（佔12.5%）；今年第三度舉行聯合婚禮，祝福所有新人在「愛你一生、情定今世」聯合婚禮後，都能邁向幸福美滿生活，並且增產報國。

食譜 油浸五柳鯇魚 經典名菜五柳魚

五柳鯇魚是經典粵菜：「五柳」是指五種切成絲的醬菜：酸薑、紅薑、蕌頭、瓜英、錦菜，醬園經常備有配好的「五柳料」發售。

「五柳鯇魚」有蒸炸兩個不同版本，蒸者嫩滑、炸者甘香，順德名菜「油浸鯇魚」集兩者所長，嫩滑甘香兼而有之，配合酸甜適口的芡汁和色彩繽紛的五柳料，色香味俱全。
油浸之法必須掌握好油溫，務求熱度不可太高，一旦失控便成油炸，風味也就截然不同了，此時此地食肆的油浸魚十居其九每犯此弊。
八十年代出版《順德菜精選》有「油浸五柳鯇魚」之法，對油浸的具體操作闡釋甚詳很值得參考。
