【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】日本滋賀縣大津市一名41歲母親，在上月30日涉嫌對2名小學老師暴力相向，還逼老師們「土下座」(下跪)，昨日這名母親遭到逮捕。

警方指出，上月底這名母親說她的女兒在學校遭到霸凌，揚言要拿刀去找霸凌元兇。學校2名老師得知消息後，立刻進行家訪了解狀況，但卻遭到這名母親用拐杖打傷，還逼老師們：「你們給我下跪謝罪。」昨日這名母親被依傷害和威脅等罪嫌遭到逮捕，而女子也承認犯行。

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】衛福部昨證實7619噸進口粗製棉籽油約6成流向富味鄉，立委林淑芬質疑富味鄉將棉籽油混入內銷油品，富味鄉強調棉籽油精煉後百分百外銷，也未替他廠代工，在台銷售的油品都和棉籽油無關。

《蘋果》報導，有30年歷史的富味鄉，其芝麻油市佔率高達8成，提供芝麻粉給桂冠和西北湯圓，嘉義市團購名店福義軒的黑芝麻粒也是向富味鄉購買。對此，桂冠和西北表示，芝麻粉和問題油品無關；福義軒坦言向富味鄉購買黑芝麻粒，但嘉義市衛生局已證實黑芝麻餅沒問題。

外勞工安意外多　佳里奇美醫院籲重視新進外勞工安 記者李文生／台南報導 佳里奇美醫院醫療副院長骨科主治醫師王覲文表示，外勞工安意外多，重則喪失生命，輕 則損及四肢，因此，請雇用的業者應重視外勞工安意外，加強語言溝通及操作練習，以確 保安全。 王覲文醫師表示，他於今年7月間，1名24歲的越南女外配，甫到台灣工作1個月，因語言 溝通不良、訓練不足，即投入紡紗工作。不熟悉機器操作，不慎左上肢捲入旋轉機具，造 成左側肱骨嚴重扭轉骨折合併橈神經損傷。 他又說，經接受緊急骨折開放性復位，鋼板固定手術及後續復健治療，目前左上肢功能已 逐漸恢復。由於骨折過程中，通常會傷及神經，因此，復健過程都來得長，其間的痛苦更 是難以形容。 王覲文醫師表示，在相關的工廠機器作業員工安事件型態中，最常見的工安外有機器砸壓 碎裂傷及機器捲入扭傷等2種。機器砸壓碎裂傷會造成皮肉軟組織挫、撕裂傷，嚴重者造 成骨折，甚至軟組織壞死，或創傷性肢體損傷，需接受清創、縫合、皮瓣整型、骨折開放 性復位手術治療，嚴重時甚至得截肢。 王覲文醫師表示，而遭機器捲入的意外更時有所見，此類事件易造成扭轉性骨折及神經血 管的損傷，引起永久性的肢體功能性障礙，其嚴重後果不亞於機具壓砸傷。 王覲文醫師表示，通常會造成如此嚴重受傷的原因，則是工作時間長、精神不濟、注意力 不集中，或是因語言溝通不良、職前訓練不足，對機器操作熟悉度不佳等所致。此個案為 機器操作不當受傷，是急診易見到的個案，嚴重者常造成肢體缺損及功能障礙，甚至創傷 性截肢的命運。 佳里奇美醫院王覲文醫師表示，國內外籍勞工眾多，在短暫的職前訓練後，隨即投入工廠 工作，因言語溝通障礙、訓練不足或機器操作不夠熟悉等因素，就容易造成工安意外事件 。呼籲業主正視此問題，加強新進員工的教育訓練與危機意識的警覺，以減少工安事件的 發生。 原文網址: 外勞工安意外多　佳里奇美醫院籲重視新進外勞工安 | 台灣好 | NOWnews 今 日新聞網 http://taiwanhot.nownews.com/2013/10/18/11706-2997047.htm#ixzz2iBafrpxe -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.192.98

【葉國吏／綜合報導】自球團宣布轉賣後，昨兄弟象球員首度齊聚，照常參加在龍潭球場展開的秋訓。

《蘋果》報導，遠雄建設傳出有意接手兄弟象，象隊董事長洪瑞河證實，有收到聯盟告知，遠雄在詢問組職棒隊的細節，但目前遠雄尚未來談，他說：「他們正在蓋大巨蛋，如果能有一支棒球隊，應該有加分作用，我樂觀其成。」

至於，遠雄集團則未證實是否買象，但集團公共事務部副總經理蔡宗易接到本報查證電話時，反問記者「你聽誰說的？」之後解釋遠雄對於棒球訂定短、中、長期計劃，主動說曾與興農牛(義大犀牛前身)、兄弟象接觸過。

線上付款業者PayPal小心了，網路零售龍頭亞馬遜（Amazon）正來勢洶洶，打算搶奪數位支付市場的皇冠。

亞馬遜本月新推出的「登錄支付（Login and Pay with Amazon）」服務，凸顯該公司對數位支付業務的雄心壯志。儘管Google、蘋果和臉書等科技巨擘此際都有成為消費者行動數位皮夾的潛力，但亞馬遜占據有利地位。亞馬遜已累積龐大的用戶資料庫，且有打持久戰的意願。

輔導零售網站建置行動支付功能的Gigya公司執行長索耶說：「亞馬遜已建立品牌和信任度，是少數幾家具威脅性的公司之一。我認為他們有很好的機會。」

亞馬遜是深受信賴的網購品牌，價格低、送貨快、提供可靠服務，活躍用戶數達2.15億人，且其行動應用程式在iTune商店生活類排名居前。相較下，PayPal現有註冊用戶數為1.37億人。

亞馬遜「登錄支付」服務允許消費者在別家網站也能透過自己的亞馬遜帳戶付款，等於為別的網路零售商建置方便的付費選擇，且收費標準向PayPal看齊。如果其他商家願意將此系統整合至自己的結帳服務，亞馬遜的付費系統用戶數將很快超越PayPal。

亞馬遜先前宣布，已有提供機上網路服務的Gogo使用亞馬遜支付系統，但能否贏得其他商家的合作才是更大的挑戰，因為亞馬遜在網購的獨霸地位已嚴重威脅這些零售商的生存。另外，亞馬遜也須設法更深入智慧手機購物市場。

線上零售業的市場規模高2,000億美元，不少大公司也已推出支付服務想搶一杯羹；但Google的Goolge Wallet服務在提升消費者認知和接受度上的進展緩慢，臉書也難以說服用戶交出信用卡資訊，蘋果目前進度領先，已累積近6億iTunes帳戶，且具優良品牌形象，但目前似乎無意銷售別人的商品。
