菁茵荋生技公司生產的保健食品「威力纖Plus」，被驗出含禁藥Cetilistat，國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心，昨天被菁茵荋總經理曾心怡供出是實際出資者。立委李應元、台北市議員阮昭雄今舉行記者會，要求連惠心不要再閃躲了，應立即面對、負責、道歉、賠償。

阮昭雄說，8月連惠心受媒體訪時提及，她2008年創辦菁茵荋，目前在大陸武漢有近40家通路，未來不排除繼續擴充。新藥威力纖已向大陸國家食品藥物監管總局申請藥證，三年內可望在大陸上市銷售。

阮昭雄表示，以此可合理懷疑，連惠心根本就知道威力纖產品成分，如果自認不是藥物，為何要向大陸申請藥證？

阮昭雄說，台北市長郝龍斌針對胖達人可嚴厲指責，要求相關單位進行調查，為何對菁茵荋悶不吭聲，郝龍斌是不是隱形了？是不是碰到連家就後退？如今菁茵荋其他產品還在網路上販售，他呼籲台北市衛生局應積極抽驗。

老牌瀏覽器 - Opera，1995年誕生於挪威，問世之初為了瀏覽器的安全性，嚴格遵守W3C網頁國際規範，也不支援IE相容的網頁及ActiveX，堅持走自己的路，但卻也導致市佔率一直不高，近年來由於網頁處理的評測有不錯的成績（最先通過Acid2及Acid3測試），網頁讀取速度也有大幅的改良，可望在未來取得更高的市佔率。（阿榮）（下載）

岑麗香舞到痛睇醫生

岑麗香聯同關楚耀（Kelvin）及林德信（Alex）前晚出席活動，香香表示有游水keep fit。講到苟芸慧愈減愈肥，試過多種減肥方法都失敗？香香謂：「每個人都有佢嘅方法，你要問番苟姑娘，唔知點幫佢答。」香香稱因拍劇而要跳舞，但她跳舞天分不高，所以無綫安排了舞蹈老師來教她，連跳兩天終於搞到肌肉酸痛要去看醫生。

另外Kelvin和Alex都練得六舊腹肌，問到可接受如碧咸晒身形拍內褲廣告？Kelvin坦言對自己有信心可以接受，而Alex抵死說：「有啲部位可以電腦執o架嘛！」

國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心代言菁茵荋生技的保健食品「威力纖Plus」，遭驗出含禁藥Cetilistat成分，後又被指控為幕後老闆，她今早原本要舉行記者會說明，但時間、地點遲遲無法確定，最後臨時取消記者會，僅透過簡訊發表聲明。

民進黨立委李應元今早舉行記者會，出面抨擊此事，並呼籲連惠心誠實面對。對此，她在聲明中澄清，並未經營或管理菁茵荋，也沒有從菁茵荋公司拿過薪水或報酬，要求李應元提出相關資料證明指控。她批評「政治人物不應見獵心喜，為了民調而顛倒黑白」，以不實指控對她窮追猛打。

此外，連惠心表示，目前正盡全力向國外廠商追查此事，請外界相信，一旦真相明確，「應負的責任絕不推托逃避」。

【政治中心／台北報導】第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇（國共論壇）上午在廣西南寧荔園山莊正式開幕，國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄昨率領超過200位台灣政商學界人士與會，由於近日國台辦主任張志軍發言表示，兩岸關係不能「只經不政」，馬英九總統行前接見吳時，曾要吳向中方明確表達，我方並未堅持發展兩岸關係，只能「先經後政、只經不政」立場。吳伯雄上午在論壇致詞時也向全場包括中國政協主席俞正聲、張志軍等兩岸350多位出席代表說明，「先經後政」雖是台灣秉持的指導原則，但若有必要，「政也可以隨時隨著人民的需要而來解決」。

吳伯雄指出，過去五年多來，兩岸關係能夠邁開步伐，穩健地向前推展，「先急後緩、先經後政、先易後難」，雖是台灣秉持的最高指導原則，但雖說是「先經後政」，儘管如此也會碰到「經中有政」；雖說是「先易後難」，但也認知了有些事情是「易中有難」。他舉例，海基會、海協會第三次會談，簽署兩岸共同打擊犯罪的司法互助協議，「這不是經濟啊，這也不是文化，這是包括司法管轄權的很多敏感的政治問題」。

吳伯雄強調，當時兩岸犯罪猖獗（詐欺），兩岸人民都迫切希望打擊跨海峽犯罪，定司法互助協議以後，馬上遏制了犯罪的氣焰，也受到大家的肯定。這就是只要有需要，雖然「先經後政」，但「政」也可以隨時隨著人民的需要而來解決，但主要是要能得到兩岸人民多數的認同，這是我們必須一步一步來推動的。
