的確企劃(Planner)常不涉及直接執行的工作， 在組織或專案中的角色容易隱而未顯， 因此有隨時被鬼隱成為團隊吉祥物的風險(抖)。 不過就像你講的，溝通既然是企劃工作的內涵之一， 逼使老闆了解你個人對於專案|組織所帶來的貢獻， 不正也是我們這些企劃人員隨時得出來面對的嗎(泣) 對我來說，一個能安撫好慣老闆且讓自己能在公司這江湖裡安身立命的企劃者， 他往往口袋裡都藏有這樣幾招： 一、制敵機先：企劃通常是一個極具消費者感性且有效率的市場觀察者， 能透過各種方式挖掘發現出未被滿足的消費者需求， 又或是消費者即將感興趣的人事物件， 並將這些需求|興趣轉換成具體並可實踐的企劃創意來 與消費者進行互動溝通。 在這裡，市場觀察、分析及行銷創意的實質轉化，就是企劃的價值。 二、合縱連橫：專案開始以後，企劃從創意發起人成為專案管理師， 要或蠻橫或柔情地逼迫每個參與者都了解企劃的真義往對的方向走。 要逼客戶理解創意減少每個修改的可能性拿出更多的預算; 要跟設計師建立關係讓他願意為你拿出十八般武藝做出最好的LAYOUT; 要跟I.T對好流程避免任何BUG的產生； 甚至要跟管理員杯杯套好交情，避免他九點熄燈甚至把你關在公司。 在這裡企劃要懂程式、設計、預算、行銷等各種語言， 他是千川聚合的溝通者與管理者。 三、割喉見血：專案ON檔以後，企劃又得逼迫自己從面對客戶低聲下氣的小羊， 化身為視KPI如血肉的大野狼，要LOBBY全部可能的資源把專案的 執行成效衝刺到最高，最好是高到老闆心臟病客戶發神經那種。 找媒體版位、異業合作、活動贈品等工作就又是企劃得燃燒小宇宙 去達成的。 在這裡企劃又成為了執行者與整合者。 我常覺得會帶人上天堂的企劃就像是樂團裡的指揮， 他不執行任何樂器的使用， 但他能讓不同的樂器不同的樂師一同發出整齊和諧的樂聲， 然後感動一些人/消費者。 這就是企劃工作最困難，也最有價值的地方。 如果這些東西都能被完成，我想你老闆會懂你的價值。 就算老闆不懂，總有一天這些在工作中累積出東西/專業會幫你找到你的伯樂 (或者更高的薪水，笑)。 ※ 引述《ryan31 (萊恩桑德)》之銘言： : 企劃人才在台灣其實往往不受重視 : 或者直接拿去當業務人才使用 : 一個好的企劃需要 : 博學：有廣泛的知識攝取能力 : 邏輯：建構事物順序以及分配資源的能力 : 人際溝通：廣結人脈，仔細聆聽，歸納重點的溝通能力 : 應變能力：臨時狀況，危機應變 : 但在台灣的老闆眼中，企劃人才大概是這樣... : 老闆：這案子的圖稿是你設計的？ : 企劃：不是，是美編設計的 : 老闆：那...程式是你寫的？ : 企劃：不是，是程式設計師寫的 : 老闆：那便當是你訂的？ : 企劃：我...幫忙訂過幾次.... : 老闆：那好，加你結案獎金500元，可以下去了 : 企劃的功用往往不是顯性的 : 例如一個成功的運動選手 : 世俗看到的，往往是選手強健的體魄跟肌肉 : 而忽略了負責轉動的關節 : 企劃人~共勉之 : 發文總要附個圖~ : http://ppt.cc/qHY4 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.201.181

廠牌:ACER 型號:4750G (i7-2630QM) 購入日期:2011.04.12 距上次使用正常時間:剛剛 OS版本:Win 7 64bit 家用進階版 平常作業內容:文書、上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y (但已失效) 問題內容: 昨天心血來潮想把筆電還原至原廠設定(ALT+F10) (PS.電腦可正常使用，但執行速度極為拖臺錢...之前做實驗灌太多軟體...) 但發現一直出現下列訊息而還原失敗 ------------------------------------ Fatal error Invalid disk partition format. ------------------------------------ google過後發現，似乎是以前切硬碟空間時不小心把C槽改成動態磁碟 因此抓不到隱藏磁區裡面的原廠映像檔 想請問有沒有住在台南市的好心板友，願意提供原廠還原光碟救救老殘窮的 可水球或站內信聯絡，報酬好談。 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.166.85.91

台中樂成宮260週年宮慶 吳敦義任主祭官

台中市政府文化局「2013台中媽祖際觀光文化節」系列活動—台中樂成宮擴大舉辦建廟260週年來首次宮慶，辦理大型消災祈福法會，並請副總統吳敦義、內政部政務次長蕭家淇與台中市副市長黃國榮分別擔任主祭官與陪祭官，主持媽祖上轎起駕大禮，本次媽祖起駕預計將在台中市區遶境11公里後返回。

本次媽祖自樂成宮起駕後，預計行經建成路、台中路並直行至民權路與向上路，至英才路後右轉轉往自然科學博物館，再經健行路與大雅路、公園路、自由路與進化路後返回樂成宮駐駕。

今日活動甫開始廟前就擠滿群眾，將周邊道路擠得水洩不通，附近宮廟也都派員參香，甚至來自泰國的南瑤媽祖廟也派出大型花車隨行，市府民政局長王秋冬、文化局長葉樹姍、立委蔡其昌、林佳龍、紀國棟、蔡錦隆、市議員何敏誠、邱素貞等人也都到場觀禮。

擔任主祭官的副總統吳敦義表示，這是樂成宮建廟260年來第1次舉行廟慶，媽祖慈悲為懷成就眾生，希望媽祖繼續庇祐台灣可以風調雨順、國泰民安，而在媽祖庇祐之下，所有國人都團結一致，建設台灣成為一個進步繁榮的國家，並發揚民主、法治與自由。

黃副市長表示，樂成宮是自己從小長大的地方，它不僅是台中的驕傲也是重要的文化資產；此外，黃副市長也感謝吳副總統，重視樂成宮民間信仰，一早就專程搭乘高鐵南下。

見證東區地方開發史、香火鼎盛的樂成宮不僅是市定古蹟，「旱溪媽祖遶境十八庄」也是通過無形文化資產公告的重要民俗活動，該活動的歷史可上溯至自道光三年(西元1823年)今年遶境天數22天，行經相關宮廟67座，涵蓋9區：大里區、烏日區、霧峰區、太平區、南區、南屯區、北屯區、北區及西區，包含102個里，富有媽祖信仰及傳統民俗技藝、文化的傳承意義，為台中地區人民數百年來重要信仰活動之一。
