今天下午運動完行經台17安明路（ 科工區旁）時發現有一旁有人似乎 是騎車撞擊到電線桿倒臥在路旁， 原本要幫忙叫教護車，好險已經有 人先通知了！ 月底就要過農曆新年了，最近許多 公司都舉辦尾牙，切勿酒後駕車啊 ，因為那條馬路不小，也不是在路 口，基本上要撞到路旁電線桿我猜 應該是意志不清勉強騎車！ 有時候那邊也會有臨檢，各位還是 守法上路吧！最後希望那個人沒有 大礙！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.95.77

餐廳名稱：勞瑞斯牛肋排餐廳 消費時間：2013年/12月 地址：台北市信義區松仁路105號B1樓 電話：02-27298555 營業時間：AM11:30~PM2:30 PM5:30~PM10:00 圖文版：http://thudadai.pixnet.net/blog/post/55470384 這次慶生選在勞瑞斯，這間遲遲沒來吃，正好聽說若是生日訂位時先告知， 會有蛋糕贈送和服務員唱歌，雖然唱歌好像會有點小尷尬，但還是訂下去了~哈！ 有聽聞網友曾在勞瑞斯慶生結果遇到不愉快的經驗，但是我這次的用餐經驗 倒是覺得服務很好，不但味覺有所滿足，也是場視覺饗宴。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 進入勞瑞斯，第一個感受就是大廳那挑高的設計，寬闊且華麗， 桌上有擺愛心氣球的就是來慶生的，出乎意料的多阿... 就定位之後會有專門服務人員，雖然很抱歉忘記這位小姐的稱呼， 但是從餐前到結束，她給我的感覺就是有用心在服務，懂得觀察。 其實我到比較中高價位的餐廳就會比較注重服務的品質，不太喜歡一些餐廳的服務人員 雖然表面上態度很好，但是沒有讓人感受到有站在客人角度在服務，就是假假的， 這是從一些細微的表現可以感受到的，幸好這次在Lawry's的經驗很讓人放鬆而愉快。 菜單的部分，今天選了兩份勞瑞斯經典暢銷牛肋排套餐NT$2,800*2， 另外還點了白酒和紅酒，10oz牛排的份量，加上套餐的餐點對我來說也差不多夠了 ，有飽但又不會太飽，光吃肉我倒是吃個20oz以上沒問題，呵呵。 先上餐前麵包，香氣口感其實都還好，感覺沒特別好吃~(先填一下胃嘛！) 冰炫翡翠沙拉則是由服務員將推車推到桌邊，現場倒入特調的葡萄酒沙拉醬至生菜內， 隨著碎冰上的沙拉缽旋轉，均勻的伴好醬汁，再以冰叉享用。 沙拉的冰度當然沒話說，酸酸甜甜的，以我的喜好來說其實沒有特別喜歡， 不過看了表演總是會有好心情，在舒適愉悅的氣氛下品嚐，感覺也很ok囉~ 加一點Lawry’s藍色調味鹽，可以增加一點黑胡椒香。 開胃菜是煎干貝和鴨肝，干貝的味道很棒！鮮甜。 湯的部分是選了海鮮巧達和龍蝦湯，都ok但也沒什麼特別可提的~ 再來就等著牛排上桌，待廚師推著專門打造的餐車過來時，再看要吃幾分熟。 我吃的是三分熟，低溫烘烤的牛肋排現切上桌，外層微微咖啡色而中央透著美麗的血色， 配菜則是選了綜合的三種，當然若不想吃什麼也可以去掉，整體份量會一樣多。 我對牛排的喜好比較傾向多一點嚼勁和肉味，可是Lawry's牛肋排卻讓我無法拒絕它阿！ 雖說這牛肋排濃郁的肉味沒這麼重，但是可以盡情享受飽滿的甘美肉汁， 入口三分熟的牛肉嫩度當然沒話說，吃到邊緣油脂豐厚的部位，又是另一種享受， 七分熟的感覺則是熟肉香味多了一些，嫩度及多汁感少了一些，各有特色。 要說這牛肋排驚為天人？也沒有，我想說的是我很喜歡吃這份牛排時的樂趣感， 入口波波作響宛如吃到魚卵的奶香青豆，甜死人不償命卻莫名一直吃它的奶油玉米粒 ，奶味十足而滑順的菠菜泥，配菜很有樂趣，而吃牛排也不單調。 除了沾肉汁醬，還可以灑一些紅色的Lawry's調味鹽(多了一種不好形容的甜椒味)， 沾辣根醬也不錯，類似芥茉的刺激感但很快的消散開來，奶油辣根醬則是給予溫順的感覺 一口牛排一口紅酒就是舒服... 另外送上的約克夏布丁餅，沾肉汁醬吃，嗯...填肚子用的~ 最後送上生日蛋糕(提拉米蘇)還會來個拍立得留影紀念， 只不過甜點的部分吃不習慣，覺得都還好而已。 這餐當然是很滿意，也許就餐點可能不覺得有到龍會飛出來般的美味(當然，已經很棒了) ，可是整體的氛圍、服務，以及享用主菜時的樂趣感，都讓我覺得值得一來~ -- 我的Google美食地圖(台北-1)：http://goo.gl/maps/tkUwO 我的Google美食地圖(台北-2)：http://goo.gl/maps/OyLdd 我的Google美食地圖(桃竹苗)：http://goo.gl/maps/tYphL 我的Google美食地圖(中南部)：http://goo.gl/maps/NS4i5 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.237.87 ※ thudadai:轉錄至看板 HsinYi 01/11 22:34

我考上高考上班已經好久了
我現在竟然還夢見
高普考的
榜單上有我的名字
連分發單位都看到了
很清楚
但跟我以前考上的完全不一樣
榜單跟分發單位完全不一樣
但是我又沒有參加考試
而且我最近參加的是技師考
跟夢裡的又不一樣
這代表甚麼意思?
[夢解] 
現實生活中 雖然高考錄取了 但內心對結果 仍有些許不滿意 與原先高度期盼分發單位 有很大懸殊 
主要是自己對方發單位 不是自己原先高估結果 內心產生一種遺憾不滿足所致 
簡單說 就是自己原先希望 能自己選擇單位 因成績關係 只能挑選別人剩下單位 潛意識中渴望 再面臨一次新的考試機會 取得高分

事情是這樣的 原PO的傻子朋友被學姊騙去直銷場合後被推銷東西 由於他一個人 直銷擺出不買不讓人走的姿態 原PO朋友膽小只好花光身上的錢才得以脫身 雖然錢不多但也是他一個多禮拜的生活費 人回來整個人變得心情很糟 想請問有人之前遇到這樣經驗有退錢成功的嗎? 他沒有拿到任何收據 直銷跟他說叫他在家等收貨 還說三個月內可以退貨 喔對 那家叫MARY KXX 手法是找認識的人說：你願意當我彩妝練習的MODEL嗎?不用錢這樣 希望有遇過類似經驗的人可以給我指教 感激不盡!!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.97.92.170

罰單拒簽名 罰單影本竟有簽名

民視 – 

一名家住新北市的周先生出面指控，2013年8月因為交通違規，被警察攔下開罰單，當下因為警察沒有具體說明違規事項，所以他拒簽罰單，但沒想到事後收到罰單影本，上頭竟然有他的簽名，讓他覺得莫名其妙，還說筆跡根本就不是他的，不過警方出面回應，說當天周先生確實有在罰單上簽名，雙方各說各話。

投訴人周彥志：「我非常生氣說我當時是拒簽的，可是你給我的是一個，偽造我簽名的東西。」

周先生拿出罰單影本，越說火氣越大，2013年8月23日，他騎機車載老婆到古亭捷運站，為了節省時間，誤上人行道，員警要求他拿出行照、駕照，表示要開罰，周先生認為員警沒說具體指出違規事項，拒絕在罰單上簽名，但沒想到事後收到罰單影本，上頭竟然有周先生的簽名。

投訴人周彥志：「那我看到覺得非常驚訝，我當時是說我可以不簽嗎，那他上面卻寫簽收正常，信用卡上面的字是這樣子，這字跡完全是不一樣的。」

中正二分局交通分隊長蔡再璧：「當下我同仁是有查證證件的，再予以告發（他沒有拒簽？），我們同仁轉述他是有簽的。」

警方一再強調，就算沒有簽名，違規事實存在，罰單就是成立的，沒必要冒用筆跡，而周先生為了證明罰單字跡不是他的，還拿出信用卡正式簽名，來做比對，從字跡上可以看見，罰單上的周，一筆一劃很清楚，而信用卡的周筆劃簡略，最明顯的是罰單上志這個字，心是下抑的，而周先生信用卡的確是上揚的。

投訴人周彥志：「他什麼證據都沒有給我，他只有給我當時我已經簽的東西，所以我非常生氣。」

中正二分局交通分隊長蔡再璧：「錄影錄音方面的話，因為當下告發是一個剎那，違規也是一個剎那的行為，當下我們同仁態度也算滿和平的，我們同仁是沒有開啟密錄器的。」

警方拿不出密錄器畫面，表示督導組也已經介入調查，而周先生則會申請筆跡鑑定，如果鑑定結果出爐，證實有人冒用簽名，不排除提出告訴。
