教部與環署 研議空汙假指標

中央社 – （中央社記者魏紜鈴台北13日電）立法院社福及衛環委員會今天通過臨時提案，要求教育部與環保署，研議放空污假的實施辦法。 立法院社會福利及衛生環境委員會今天邀行政院環境保護署長沈世宏等相關單位首長，報告設置新式空氣品質指標提出具體施行期程、降低燃料油含硫量標準政策及如何改善國內空氣品質並備詢。 台灣目前現行空氣污染指標（PSI）沒有包含細懸浮微粒（PM2.5）監測指數，僅以PM2.5手動測值參考，並在高峰期做注意特報，無法提供民眾較直接的空氣品質參考。立法院社福及衛環委員會今天通過臨時提案，要求環保署於2個月內與專家學者及地方環團研議將PM2.5納入新式空氣污染指標，於今年7月以前公告實施期程。 另外，目前空污停課標準為PSI超過400，地方政府即可自行宣布停課，民進黨立委田秋堇認為，此標準太過寬鬆，要求檢討修正現行作業通報機制及流程，另增訂PM10和PM2.5單一污染指標即可放空污假標準。 現行空污法已有規範停課標準，環保署將再針對新式空氣污染指標，檢討PM10和PM2.5限值。教育部資訊及科技教育司專門委員韓善民說明，待環保署訂出停課標準建議值，與環保署會商後，即會發布空污假實施辦法。 環保署空氣保護處表示，就目前所知，全球沒有一個國家放空污假。1030113

高公局：1周來eTag申裝銳減 退租倍增

【陳如嬌／台北報導】國道計程收費上路後狀況連連，eTag發生重複扣款、儲值金額消失不見等情事，國道高速公路局指出，目前每天約有1千部車申請eTag異動，終止服務，但不能完全把它視為退租潮，因有些車輛是有買賣異動或民眾購買新車，舊車退租。至於最近的申裝數，每天確實都有減少現象。 高公局指出，一周前申請eTag終止服務的車輛，平均每天約500輛，最近1周每天申請eTag終止服務的約是1千輛。至於申裝數，則是從1月7日的1.5萬輛、8日減至1.1萬輛、9日跌至萬輛以下、僅9300輛、10日8600輛、11日6400輛，昨雖為周日，但也只有2400輛。 高公局表示，今天起將就用路人最關心的儲值、扣款金流，以及資安等問題到遠通電收進行抽查，實際抽查用路人儲值後，銀行專戶與遠通電收扣款是否相符，門架扣款與車輛、路段是否一致。資安部分，高公局將了解遠通先前遭駭客攻擊後設置防火牆的改善情形。 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.

將任警大校長 刁建生感謝中市

台中市警察局長刁建生即將就任警察大學校長，今天最後一次出席市政會議，他感性表示，希望繼任者可以拚出最後一塊版圖。
刁建生16日接任警察大學校長，今天上午市府在豐原區公所召開市政會議，這是刁建生任內最後一次出席市政會議，市府團隊紛紛上前表達祝福。
刁建生表示，就任台中市警察局長3年以來，在治安及交通整治上交出亮麗成績單，但在為民服務上還沒獲得市民認同，留待新任局長來完成最後一塊拼圖。
刁建生指出，警政最大困難是風紀問題，風紀管好、勤務落實，就能做好警政，台中市這幾年來只有個案風紀問題，沒有結構性風紀問題發生。
