高公局：1周來eTag申裝銳減　退租倍增

【陳如嬌／台北報導】國道計程收費上路後狀況連連，eTag發生重複扣款、儲值金額消失不見等情事，國道高速公路局指出，目前每天約有1千部車申請eTag異動，終止服務，但不能完全把它視為退租潮，因有些車輛是有買賣異動或民眾購買新車，舊車退租。至於最近的申裝數，每天確實都有減少現象。

高公局指出，一周前申請eTag終止服務的車輛，平均每天約500輛，最近1周每天申請eTag終止服務的約是1千輛。至於申裝數，則是從1月7日的1.5萬輛、8日減至1.1萬輛、9日跌至萬輛以下、僅9300輛、10日8600輛、11日6400輛，昨雖為周日，但也只有2400輛。

高公局表示，今天起將就用路人最關心的儲值、扣款金流，以及資安等問題到遠通電收進行抽查，實際抽查用路人儲值後，銀行專戶與遠通電收扣款是否相符，門架扣款與車輛、路段是否一致。資安部分，高公局將了解遠通先前遭駭客攻擊後設置防火牆的改善情形。
