標題[問題] Note3最近都會莫名lag。。。

如題， 這台是11/10入手的，之前都沒有什麼問題，可是最近卻會lag還蠻常發生的，我也找不出是為什麼，是說不小心摔到（坐在椅子上從口袋滑出）會造成lag嗎？還是因為裝了記憶卡（創見class10 u1）所以lag? 有人也會發生同樣的情形嗎?有甚麼處理的方法嗎? 謝謝~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.206.92.36

行車糾紛互嗆　17歲少年頭中彈

新北市永和區今天凌晨1時許發生尋仇傷人事件，1名17歲的徐姓少年被人持空氣槍攻擊，造成下巴、左後腦紅腫破皮，被害少年向警方表示，疑似是行車糾紛衍生的尋仇事件，但徐姓少年尚未決定提告。

遭攻擊的徐姓少年昨天夜間約7時許，與5名友人騎機車經過永和區中山路及永貞路口時，遭另一群少年認為有「剪車」挑釁的意圖，雙方發生口角，事後另一群少年開始招集人馬在永和市區尋找徐男一行人。今天凌晨1時許在保生路的便利商店發現徐男，便持空氣槍朝徐男攻擊後逃逸。警方表示雙方人馬皆為雙和、新店地區的少年，平日就知悉彼此身分，至於傷害部分，徐姓少年則表示需與家長商量後再做決定。（呂健豪／新北報導）

否認性侵養女　伍迪艾倫反控：她被母洗腦

美國名導伍迪艾倫捲進性侵養女疑雲，昨天（8日）他大動作發文反擊，首先嚴正否認性侵行為，更一口咬定養女遭前女友米亞法蘿洗腦，遺憾她成為報復工具。

伍迪艾倫（Woody Allen）上月獲頒金球獎終生成就獎，隨後養女荻倫投書《紐約時報》指控他性侵自己，文中詳細敘述侵犯過程，讓全球嘩然。事發經過一周，伍迪艾倫選在同媒體發文否認，認為前女友法蘿報復心過重，他說：「我沒性侵荻倫，希望她有天能理解她被母親欺騙與利用。」

其實早在1992年，法蘿不滿伍迪艾倫和養女順宜相戀，分手爭奪孩子監護權時就控訴他猥褻荻倫，最後無證據結案。艾倫透露荻倫先是否認，直到被法蘿帶去吃冰淇淋後便改口，當時他接受測謊並通過，他說：「我根本沒侵犯荻倫，任何明理的人都能看出其中手段。」

昨伍迪艾倫狠批法蘿，對荻倫被她利用感到非常愧疚，另外，養子摩西也發聲支持艾倫，他說：「我的母親煽動我憎恨我的父親，讓我認為他毀了我們家並性侵我的妹妹。」荻倫至今仍堅持沒有說謊。

[走跳一下環境] 我們今天所造訪的Cabi就位在美村路一段上頭 離勤美誠品，是大約十分鐘內的腳程距離 雖然為在大路上頭 但這一代附近真的有太多有特色又搶眼的店了!! 所以還是需要稍稍的花心神注意門牌號碼才讓我沒有錯失耶:P 不過它門前所停著的可愛復古偉士牌，其實也是一個挺好認的標誌! 臺中市生育津貼發放作業計畫(節略)


二、 符合下列規定，並於 民國103年1月1日（含）以後出生新生兒之父或母得申請生育津貼：

    (一)新生兒父母之一方，於新生兒出生當日已設籍本市滿180天(含)以上，且申請時仍設籍本市。

    (二)新生兒於本市各區戶政事務所完成出生或設籍登記。

 新生兒之父母死亡、行方不明或受監護宣告，得由監護人提出申請。

 特殊個案，由本府專案辦理。

三、非於國內出生之新生兒返國辦理初設戶籍登記，且符合本計畫第二點第一項條件者，亦應比照第四點規定提出申請。

四、符合資格者，應於新生兒出生之次日起6個月內，持申請人之身分證、印章至新生兒設籍所在地之戶政事務所提出申請，逾期視為放棄權利。受理之戶政事務所於申請當日將生育津貼以現金方式發放。

    前項申請得委託他人辦理，受託人應攜帶身分證、印章及委託書辦理。

    本府社會局於每年1月5日前先行撥入週轉金，戶政事務所於每年1、3、5、7、9、11月5日 前，檢據前兩個月印領清冊函報社會局辦理核銷事宜。

五、符合本計畫第二點申請資格者，生育津貼按胎兒數發放之；金額為單胞胎新臺幣ㄧ萬元，雙胞胎新臺幣三萬元，三胞胎以上，每胞胎新臺幣兩萬元。

    102年12月31日(含)以前出生之新生兒，於103年辦理初設戶籍登記仍適用102年之規定。
