在這我先說明，我是新馬三車主
由於我的雨刷(原廠)去年交車到現在，已經有裂縫了，想換新的雨刷
爬了一些文，大約70%的人都推薦TOYOTA NEW CAMRY 的軟骨雨刷
剛好朋友最近也剛牽新車準備回原廠1000保養《彰化廠》
於是我託他幫我買一組NEW CAMRY 的軟骨雨刷
於是我跟他說 24"+20" 或者500mm+600mm 兩種不同單位
我朋友跟TOYOTA接觸後，說要一組車牌號碼，OK 這我可以理解很合理
最後接待的專員一直問說有沒有《料號》，靠....我怎麼知道你們物料編碼
後來直接打電話給我告知雨刷單位mm的，不是跟他說過了嗎
於是我很清楚地重複一次 NEW CAMRY 雨刷 500mm+600mm 這組
我朋友比我還不懂車(我也懂不到哪裡)，那個專員還是一職爐說有沒有《料號》
晚上我下班後我朋友說雨刷拿到了，拿到雨刷時當場傻眼
那個toyota的專員(業務應該不會做這蠢事吧)居然拿650mm+450mm的雨刷組給我朋友
而且買了就不能退，心理當下想完了，花了1250元當潘仔了
越想越不甘心，沒有退路了，硬著頭皮試著裝裝看
裝好後大喊一聲看!剛剛好差一咪咪兩隻就要打架了

這就是《TOYOTA》的人員素質嗎？
我說的人話有這麼難懂嗎？NEW CAMRY 雨刷 500mm+600mm 很難懂嗎?

我在公司待2年多前前後後竊取貨物價值78萬前些日子被老闆發現了
他叫我過去處理他有2條路讓我選
1 先拿50萬去處理後面的讓我慢慢分期
2 78萬讓我分期1年處理完也就是一個月要5萬多
我只是一個年輕人著2條路我真的是不可能的任務
我也很誠心想解決所以我跟他說以我的能力根本就不可能
我跟他說一個月2萬讓我慢慢還但是我老闆又不答應
後來經過我的拜託雙方達成共識 1個月3萬共分期2年2個月
我悶有簽單子就我在那作拿了多少東西等。。我的資料著樣而已
但是以我現在找的工作頂多都2萬8 最多做粗工一個月也才3萬5
又不一定天天有工作我又要租房子生活費根本就沒能力償還
現在約定的時間要要到了我又沒能力還他
所以我在想我要去投案我想問的問題是

1刑事部分竊盜罪會被判多久我初犯26歲
2我去投案會馬上就抓去關嗎? 還是會再開庭會再拖?會很久嗎?
3名事部分還是一樣如對方一樣開的條件繼續下去嗎?
4 我要怎麼做對我比較有利

30歲的日本「性感歌姬」倖田來未和泰雅族混血、搖滾樂團BACK-ON主唱KENJI03前年底奉子成婚，她升格當辣媽後，今年3月起展開日本全國巡演，昨於橫濱Arena的最終場演唱會上，同時宣布時隔4年後今秋將二度來台開唱。

結婚產後首次巡演

倖田來未魁暌違2年的日本巡演，共巡迴9個會場、舉行16場公演，動員15萬名歌迷。對於久違的演唱會舞台，倖田來未表示：「這是我在結婚、生產後首次的巡迴演唱會，不變的是我將同樣以藝人『倖田來未』的身分持續挑戰新事物、帶給觀眾更棒的娛樂演出！」

倖田來未演唱會舞台製作追求完美，以專輯「JAPONESQUE絢爛大和」為概念，打造出宛如和風宮廷場景，開場的第一首歌曲「So Nice」，倖田來未穿上總重15公斤的低胸性感和服，足蹬重達5公斤、30公分的厚底木屐以花魁造型登場，絢麗奪目。

大秀苦練多時鼓技

唱到「No Man’s Land」一曲時更大秀一手苦練多時的鼓技，也搶先於演唱會上表演夏季新曲「IS THIS TRAP？」，最後則於安可時表演空中吊環絕技，為演唱會劃下完美句點。整場演唱會變換了性感、可愛或酷帥等9種造型，共演唱38首歌曲，令粉絲們大呼過癮。

〔自由時報記者蔡乙萱／台北報導〕雖然市場傳出蘋果（Apple）將於9月中發表iPhone 5S，但市場反應冷淡，加上非蘋果陣營勢力紛紛崛起，法人多預期，蘋果相關概念股優勢恐將不再，未來業績成長幅度恐不再如過去風光。

法人表示，以往大啃蘋果訂單廠商的業績較同業多是高出一大截，但因今年上半年蘋果未推出新產品，營業動能不如以往，加上先前iPhone5零件庫存折舊等因素，造成台郡（6269）、嘉聯益（6153）等軟板族群，還有新日興（3376）、兆立（3548）等樞紐廠，上半年營運動能紛疲軟。

身為蘋果概念指標股的鴻海（2317），也積極朝擴大非蘋果陣營訂單，先前傳出已拿下索尼（Sony）、夏普（Sharp）、諾基亞（Nokia）、中國華為及小米新機訂單，並在第2季陸續出貨。相較以往專注為蘋果產品做組裝代工，鴻海已改為多元化分散客戶，以確保未來營運成長性。

某軟板廠老闆直言，今年上半年筆電市場表現平緩，消費性電子市場成長動力仍來自智慧型手機與平板電腦兩大產品，未來的高、中低階級市場將會區分更明顯。

以智慧型手機來說，2013年第1季前3大廠中Samsung、Apple分別達到30.8%以及18.2%的市占率，這兩大品牌廠主要是以高階市場為主，包括智慧型手機和平板電腦。至於第3為LG的市占率為4.8%，與前兩名差距甚大，第4、5名則為中國廠華為與中興，各為4.4%、3.8%。

據軟板廠所提供資料顯示，受惠於Samsung手機熱賣，除大舉擴增全球市占率，其韓國PCB供應鏈去年營收也大躍進，成長幅度高居亞洲PCB產業之冠。

據統計，韓國Samsung旗下的SEMCO，去年營收成長幅度逾3成，第2大廠Young Poong則年增逾27%，而整體韓國前10大廠的平均營收成長率達逾2成的水準，日系前10大廠則成長逾4%，但台廠卻只成長1.62%，其後勢成長令人擔憂。分析師認為，智慧型手機恐在2014年達到高峰，之後成長速度將逐漸趨緩，但高階智慧型手機佔整體產業營收比重達70%，其中仍是蘋果、三星是最大受惠者，儘管低階智慧型手機的需求量不少，但相關廠商獲利有限，台系蘋果供應鏈若不能具有憂患意識，未來營運得面臨多重挑戰。

〔自由時報記者洪臣宏、洪定宏／高雄報導〕16歲李怡萱昨參加高雄市運動會暨全國運動會馬術代表選拔賽時，在跨越障礙時不慎墜馬，被跌倒的馬匹重壓在身上，送院檢查她肝臟嚴重撕裂傷，昏迷指數3，正漏夜開刀急救。

102年高雄市運動會暨全國運動會馬術代表選拔賽，昨在大樹區澳登堡馬術指導中心舉行，澳登堡馬術指導中心工作人員說，李姓少女是參賽選手，但礙於個資法，無法透露是否為國手。

李母曾在網站上撰文，暢談騎馬的好處，表示3名女兒從2007年開始學習騎馬；這次受傷的是她的次女，李母說，女兒原本內向怕生，但參加馬術比賽獲獎後，自信心提升，人也開朗許多。

馬匹重壓在她身上

李姓少女昨由母親陪同參加馬術代表選拔賽，下午4時進行馬術障礙項目時，李女墜馬，馬匹重壓在她身上，引起眾人驚呼。

高市中庄消防分隊趕抵時，李女意識模糊、臉色發白、眼球翻白且呈現發疳症狀，全身除右大腿輕微擦傷，無其他明顯傷勢，不過血中含氧量只剩83mg/L，血壓49mg/L，情況危急。高雄長庚醫院檢查出李姓少女肝臟嚴重撕裂傷，大量出血，漏夜急救中。

具教練及裁判資格的前高雄縣馬術委員會總幹事陳志成分析，選手在競賽中無法越過障礙物而摔馬，主要有二：一是馬匹視覺感官受到賽場外圍影響而害怕、緊張；另一是選手操控馬匹的技巧與經驗問題，導致未能抓準起跳線，致使馬匹絆到障礙物。

於李怡萱的家屬要求保護個資，高雄市馬術委員會對媒體的詢問非常低調，遲至深夜10點半才透過體育處發出新聞稿說明；李怡萱在2012至2013年度障礙超越110公分級以下的積分排名第一，也曾贏得中正盃100公分級亞軍，胞姊的成績也不錯。
