【動新聞】葉姓少年與徐姓少女（均17歲）昨凌晨與7名友人夜遊，期間徐女男友查勤質問，卻反遭葉男嗆聲：「不然你要怎樣，我在十八王公，有種就來！」少年火速撂人殺至十八王公，雙方人馬途中狹路相逢，從後方襲擊載著徐女的男子鄭登旺(20歲)，還遭砍斷左手拇指，徐女嚇哭呼喊，行兇少年才一哄而散。

【戴之聖、邱中岳╱基隆報導】基隆外木山四千公尺海上長泳活動昨登場，三千名泳客在此一較高下，儘管前天主辦單位已三度出海打撈水母，但仍有十多人遭水母螫傷，其中兩名男童被送醫，幸治療後已無大礙，另名七旬男泳客半途心肌梗塞，被救上岸陷入昏迷，送往長庚醫院插管治療。當地一名潛水教練批評，此水域約有六種水母，包含世界第二毒的僧帽水母，「辦活動根本就是害死人」。

海面上傳出陣陣哀號聲，十多名泳客遭水母螫傷，紛紛衝至救護站擦藥，連「斑馬哥」也無法倖免，其中十五歲的石姓男童左手紅腫送醫，十一歲的林姓男童左大腿紅腫起泡，直嚷：「好痛啊！我最怕被水母咬！」醫師以稀釋白醋消毒傷口後，用信用卡刮除留在表皮的刺細胞，兩人就醫後均無礙。

當地一名潛水資歷三十年的教練說，外木山海域有別稱「葡萄牙戰艦」的僧帽水母及櫛水母，兩者毒性都很強，嚴重恐致命，批評：「這裡不適合辦活動，根本就是害死人！」但也有人認為今年遭水母螫傷人數下降，有進步。
對此，主辦的暖暖高中校長許清和說，前天已請船家出海三次捕撈水母，昨海上有二十四艘船艇、四艘海巡署艦艇戒備，起點與終點都有救護站，無奈仍發生參賽泳客遭水母螫傷的狀況。 

水母螫傷處理方式
．水母種類多毒性不一，輕則刺痛、皮膚癢，嚴重恐過敏休克。
．若手腳局部被刺傷可自行處理，但若遇大面積或在眼嘴鼻等將影響呼吸重要部位時，應儘速送醫。
．被水母螫傷時，因其刺絲胞的毒針附著皮膚會慢慢釋放毒液，切記勿用蠻力拔除，以免將毒液擠出。
．趕緊用海水沖洗10至15分鐘，可於傷口抹醋處理，勿聽信偏方，如以尿液淋傷口。
