疑久病厭世 老婦跳樓尋短

【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨12時許，台北市忠誠路巷內發生一起墜樓事件，現場為一老婦人自住家九樓跳下，送醫時已失去生命跡象，目前仍在急救中。

據警方調查，70多歲的老婦人疑似為久病厭世才會想不開尋短，目前警方將對老婦人的家屬製作筆錄，了解詳細原因。

各位板友大家好，板僕在此要強調一件事情。 修改遊戲參數本身就是一件破解加密的行為，尤其本板又是買賣板， 因此在這方面認定會更為嚴格。 能夠破解加密程式就有破解防拷機制疑慮，板僕寧願嚴苛也不願見到板友上法院， 再者，這類產品/程式原本就是官方不認可之物品， 因此本板禁止不論是徵求販售交換的交易亦無不妥。 法律不允許的事情板規一定不會允許，但法律允許的事情板規也可以不允許， 不要跟板僕說xx板都可以討論憑什麼Gsmesale要禁止， 或者是xx公司(非遊戲主機官網)都可以賣憑什麼Gamesale不准賣， 拿這種張飛打岳飛的問題要板僕回答什麼??????? 各板有各板的板規，Gamesale並不是任何主機板的子板， 主機板允許討論Gamesale不見得可以交易，這點還請各位板友注意。 因此，金手指/修改器為本板禁止項目。 這不是新增，是說明。原本修改遊戲參數就有破解防拷疑慮。 看板宗旨已明示，相關問題是嚴禁。 關於違規後有爭議/疑慮來信時請注意 下頁說明可能會讓板友不舒服，不想看可以END後推文討論前面內容 板僕自認說話客氣且有禮貌，誤刪沒違規的文章也會趕緊寫信給板友道歉， 先前違反板規有疑慮來信應該都有得到滿意的答案，至少不會被粗魯的對待。 板友要是違反板規自認沒錯也麻煩口氣客氣一點， 板僕有錯絕對會撤銷判決並且道歉，如果板僕沒錯也會仔細回覆說明。 你要是口氣很差那就別怪板僕打官腔，回覆一次之後就叫你去申訴， 看不懂中文怪板僕? 你很閒隨時掛在PTT上面就一定要板僕馬上回信? 禮貌是給予應該尊重的板友，你態度很差就別怪板僕強硬且官腔。 不爽、不滿意? 那就請你去申訴不要浪費板僕的時間， 因為有更多板友值得讓板僕提醒，避免違規被刪文，板面文章越多資源就越豐富， 也讓更多板友可以挑選想要玩的主機/遊戲/週邊或者是參考販售該出的價格。 言盡與此，看的懂也好、看不懂也罷。人必自重而後人重之。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.84.233.64

問題一 : (以下為社團法人)
董事若在執行職務(比如外送)時肇事，適用民法第28條
係因為董事的行為代表法人的行為，法人須自己負責
然而，若今天A董事只是掛名(榮譽董事之類)
且經過法人自己特約(比如在章程規定、或者社員總會決議)
不授予A董事代表權，使其類似於受僱人

那麼，A董事外送時肇事，仍然用第28條?還是用第188條?
該法人可舉證免責嗎?可向A董事進行內部求償嗎?
這裡會牽涉到"表見代表"的問題嗎???

問題二 :
無權處分包含物權行為和準物權行為
準物權行為 為何不得善意受讓呢?
是因其公示效力不強嗎? 還是有別的原因?

日本股市2日受美股走揚、日圓走貶提振而大漲。日經225指數終場大漲1.78%(或漲246.24點)，收在今日最高點14,098.74點，連續第4個交易日上揚，並創約1個月來(5月29日以來)收盤新高水準。東證一部指數(TOPIX)終場漲1.84%(或漲21.14點)，收1,171.84點。

東證一部上漲家數1,410家、下跌家數233家、維持平盤家數70家；33類股全數上揚，其中以電氣瓦斯業和鋼鐵業類股漲幅較大。東證一部今日成交額為2兆3,533億日圓，連續第4個交易日突破2兆日圓大關；成交量為30.2億股，持續超越顯示買氣活絡界線的「20億股」水準。

根據嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價，截至1日紐約匯市尾盤為止美元兌日圓升值0.36%至99.62，連續第3個交易日走揚，盤中最高點99.86創6月5日以來新高；截至日本股市2日收盤為止(台北時間14點00分為止)美元兌日圓報99.79。日圓走貶，提振出口股走揚。夏普(Sharp)飆漲10.10%，收436日圓。

日本昭和殼牌石油(Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K.)旗下全球最大CIS薄膜太陽能電池生產子公司Solar Frontier 1日發布新聞稿宣布，於2012年底「暫時」停產的宮崎第二工廠(年產能60MW)已於當(1)日重啟生產，且產能達滿載狀態。昭和殼牌漲1.32%，收845日圓。

根據汽車調查公司FOURIN 1日公佈的全球汽車零組件廠商營收(銷售)排行報告顯示，全球汽車零組件巨擘DENSO 2012年度(2012年4月-2013年3月)營收年增8.2%至424億美元，擊敗德國的Robert Bosch GmbH，3年來首度坐上銷售龍頭位置。DENSO漲1.39%，收4,750日圓。

全球第2大NAND型快閃記憶體(Flash Memory)廠商東芝(Toshiba)2日發布新聞稿宣布，為了確保NAND Flash次世代製程產品及3D記憶體的生產空間，旗下位於三重縣四日市第三座12吋NAND Flash廠「Fab 5」的第2期工程將於今(2013)年8月底動工興建，並預計於2014年夏天完工。東芝漲0.62%，收490日圓。

我用的是window 7 家用進階版，當初灌的的時候，忘了是選64還是86，看電腦裡面有兩個Program Files，一個是Program Files，一個是Program Files x86。
現在有一個問題，我用朋友的隨身碟，每次都會出現要格式化才能使用，他電腦的作業係統也是window 7，可是不知道是64或是86。
要怎麼用才能不用格式化就能抓到隨身碟裡面的檔案呢？

按「電腦」再按滑鼠右鍵選內容，內容會顯示是幾位元的，windows7有2個program file, 肯定是64位元的

這是一篇心酸超衰文 懇求各位幫忙 人證或者行車紀錄器影片都好~!! 事發經過: 晚上7點多出門幫家人買東西 買完要從中正路(廟後)右轉三民路二段要回家的路上 7:48分到達到三民路二段上的阿波羅影視租片還片 (三民路二段207號在江醫師的魚鋪子隔壁) 租好還好準備回家,出來7:53分 發現機車車廂被撬開!!! 還翹壞了~GOD!!! 短短的四分鐘... 車廂裡有哥哥去法國度蜜月送的LV拉鍊零錢包... 被偷!!! 錢包裡面有現金2100(半個月生活費呀~~) 身分證,提款卡,信用卡,學生證,駕照兩張,悠遊卡等等 預估損失至少1萬6千,還不含置物箱鑰匙修理費! 一整排店完全沒有攝影機...一點線索都沒有!! 鑑識組採指紋也只有採到手套紋 根本慣竊犯所為!!! 所以現在只能跪求行經的路人或有行車紀錄器的汽車提供線索 我的機車是咖啡色sym的mii 就停在阿波羅門口 請求!跪求!懇求! 此時段行經的駕駛朋友們 幫忙看看您的行車紀錄器吧!! 現金可以不要 但錢包跟證件真的很想找回來呀!! 如提供有用線索 順利尋獲錢包必定包2千元紅包答謝!!!! 或許他丟在路上了 如果有拾獲也拜託跟我聯繫~~ 也是紅包2千元答謝!! 附上零錢包款式網址 http://ppt.cc/Fa0- 聯絡電話: 0981904741 陳同學 傳訊息或者line都可~ ※ 編輯: sthp429 來自: 115.80.125.87 (07/03 01:26)
