網路速度問題 還是中毒了

小弟是學生 搬到新宿舍 之前的宿舍玩遊戲是不會爆ping 可是搬到宿舍 卻一直爆ping 新宿舍網路速度是3M 之前的我不知道 所以是網路速度太慢 要升級呢?? 還式是已經中毒了?? 懇求解答 ps 看影片時 那進度也跑得很慢 一頓一頓的 如果要升級 那應該是要升到多少?? 價位是??

店有老鼠 麥當勞：去年的事

（中央社記者林紳旭台北2日電）麥當勞餐廳今天發布聲明表示，媒體報導台北天母店出現老鼠，這段影片是去年10月發生的事，已經徹底消毒清潔，未再發生。
麥當勞表示，電視媒體報導後，公司審慎調查這個影片的人、事、時、地，確認影片中員工已於去年底離職。這事件發生時間為去年10月底，座落於天母東路的餐廳。
麥當勞指出，這家餐廳位於餐飲業林立的區域，這是「個案」，過去沒有發生過，雖然原因不明，但餐廳仍遵照標準作業程序做防治鼠患工程，後來未再發生。
麥當勞說，餐廳委託政府認證核發病媒防治業許可執照的廠商及防治業技術人員、每個月都會定期清潔、消毒，範圍包含餐廳生產區域、用餐區域和餐廳外圍，餐廳值班經理每天會定時巡視用餐區以維持餐廳整潔。1020702

老翁倒車煞不住墜入山坡 送醫無大礙

【陳偉周／新北報導】 前天早上9時許，金山區一名80歲許姓男子，騎乘電動代步車在住家附近散步，路經三界壇路下坡，準備倒車之際，疑似煞車故障，一路向後滑行跌進山坡中，腳被電動壓傷，許男虛弱喊：「我腳被壓住了，好痛動不了！」，許男發現自己動彈不得，趕緊請友人協助通報119救援。
消防人員到場，將電動代步車固定，避免許男遭撞跌落山坡，再用頸圈固定許男頸部，保護頸椎，消防人員將許男送台大醫院金山分院急救後無大礙。
許男倒車時，疑似煞車故障不慎跌進山坡，消防人員到場救援。翻攝
