各位好~ 上次我問的是htc one x，one x+有沒有hac功能，htc的線上客服跟我說有hac功能 結果我上次問了各位版友，版友都說沒有 我想說客服應該比較準，還是買了one x 結果回來測試，果然是不相容助聽器 又再去問客服，結果客服回答了我不專業的辦法 (什麼辦法就不用在這邊提了，反正就是根本沒有用的方法) 後來我不開心了，直接口氣不好的用回信的給他們，要他們給我好好確認 不然我會自己去求證one x到底有沒有hac，假如沒有就要求償!!! 結果...剛剛回我....one x 、one x+沒有助聽器(hac)功能............ 真的是他媽的.... 他媽的htc的線上客服不知在搞什麼鬼...消息本身就有誤 之後詢問問題還能自己掰出解決辦法...或者是htc裡的哪個部門根本沒搞清楚狀況 就要客服這樣答........ 我不想再多麻煩什麼，不然我買的這支one x是不是可以退給他們?!(雖然我是買二手的) 我是因為你們說有這功能才有的，結果買了卻沒有.... -----------------以上抱怨文，加上htc線上客服誤導消費者的經過--------------- 然後，他們跟我說，台灣買的到的htc手機，只有evo design 有hac功能... 看了evo design的規格，我想我是不會買了，先用iphone4等iphone5降價就好 只是好奇想知道一下，這次htc有沒有唬我.... 請有evo design的版友們，看看你們手機"設定"裡，有沒有"助聽器"功能可以開啟好嗎? 可能是在"通話"，或者在"輔助使用"裡...麻煩你大概找一下...謝謝囉~ 最後補充，htc官網裡的 "寄電子郵件給我們" 和 "網路即時交談"好像是不同部門處理的 這次搞得我快要火大的就是"網路即時交談"裡的客服.... 就是他們給我錯誤產品訊息，還有之後給我很不合理的解決辦法... 請大家以後小心~ ※ 引述《anonym (我是誰)》之銘言： : 我媽是聽障人士，以前都沒使用手機 : 近期想說買個手機也好，可以傳傳簡訊，上上網就好了 : 我私以為耳朵聽不清楚，只要挑一支聲音大的手機就好 : 結果買回來後，我媽才跟我說不是這樣，手機會跟助聽器產生干擾 : 在她耳裡手機聽起來，只是些 ㄍㄧ ㄍㄧ 的吵雜噪音 : 結果在我上網求解後，發現原來現在有藍芽功能的助聽器及hac手機兩種解 : 目前我想先走hac手機這一塊 : 所謂的hac-hearing aids compatibility 模式，就是手機中加了一些硬體設計 : 可以不會讓手機跟助聽器產生干擾~ : 以下是蘋果官網的介紹 : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4526?viewlocale=zh_TW : 美國法律有規定，每一家的手機都必須有一定的比例具備hac功能 : 但台灣沒有規定...可能是拿掉比較省成本吧?! 我查到國外有hac的手機 : 國內問了五家廠商客服 nokia lg samsung htc apple : 前三家都掛0~ htc客服回答我台灣目前買的到的有htc one x、x+有 : 而蘋果說iphone是全球規格都一樣(除頻率有分外)，所以hac便是上面那官網的規格~ : 這邊是想分享這個資訊，身邊有使用助聽器的長輩或者朋友 : 有使用手機的困難，可以換支hac手機，或者貴一點的藍芽助聽器 : 然後也是想問一下手上有one x 、x+的版友們，方便幫我看一下你們手機"設定"裡面 : 有助聽器模式嗎? 怕買了又沒有...(國外我查到有的有標hac有的沒標..) : (剛買了二手iphone4..有hac真的有差...想說多測試一下看哪家我媽聽的比較清楚 : 反正選擇也不多*_*) : 順帶問一下，itunes store裡面，怎麼看不到什麼中文的app阿? : 我媽不懂英文，也不怎麼玩遊戲，叫她去store裡面玩玩 : 她說想看看"書"之類的，結果都是英文的不然就是些阿哩不搭的.. : 東逛西逛後就覺得沒什麼意思了... : 感謝各位~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.94.56 ※ 編輯: anonym 來自: 1.162.94.56 (07/01 19:01)

我也是這麼想..但你不懂得要去問阿...問了回來給我一個你不懂的答案 我再繼續問，你不懂就再去確認阿...他給我的感覺是不懂裝懂 自己"覺得"怎樣可以解決...能解決就算了...不能解決就對消費者是困擾.. 何況，那還是小事...最大的問題就是跟我說某產品有某功能 結果買來根本沒有...客服這樣以後我哪敢再去問阿... 順便問問，這樣應可不可以退產品阿?? 可是我是買二手的耶?(保內) ※ 編輯: anonym 來自: 1.162.94.56 (07/01 19:08)
