（軍聞社記者陳映竹臺北廿一日電）三軍總醫院將於八月十二日開辦「急症加護暨燒傷護理訓練班」，現正受理報名作業，歡迎對急症加護暨燒傷工作有興趣的護理人員踴躍參加。

　三軍總醫院表示，此次招訓一律採通訊報名，報名日期至本月廿六日止，員額為廿名，招訓對象不侷限該院內部醫護人員，國內各公私立專科以上護理科系學生、畢業生或領有護理師證書的護理人員皆可報名，報名表請至三總網站下載填寫，確認參訓名單預定在八月一日於該院網站公告。

　三軍總醫院指出，本班次的課程主要是以瞭解各科急、重症疾病的生理、病理、治療的方向，以及急診、加護與燒傷病房的作業及護理方式，詳細相關課程及報名資訊，可至三軍總醫院網站（http://www.tsgh.ndmctsgh.edu.tw）

店名:左餃右餃鍋貼水餃專賣店 消費時間：2013/06 地址:高雄市三民區熱河一街210號 電話: 073133612 價位:0-100 此次食用: 水餃 貓耳朵 蔥油餅 綜合養生菇湯 ==================================================================== 網誌好讀版 http://leopen.pixnet.net/blog/post/151015840 下午只吃了冰淇淋就回到了高雄 想必一定是頗餓 來到熱河街 想吃水餃就跑來上海生煎包的隔壁 點了蠻多東西來吃 整個就是很會吃的兩個人 本來是沒有要寫食記的 沒有特認真拍照 不過想想還不錯吃就寫了 蔥油餅 分量中等 七片 算薄 不過也因為這樣 蠻酥脆的 雖然不會太油 不過蔥油餅本身就是個超吸油的食物阿!! 稍鹹 不過還蠻好吃的 再來是貓耳朵 分量還OK 貓耳朵搭上不少配料 香菇 木耳 豆乾 紅蘿蔔 餃肉 蔥 這貓耳朵還不賴耶 頗有咬勁 也吸了不少醬汁 不會無味 水餃也還不賴 大小普通 不過裡頭的餡 頗紮實 皮倒是不厚 最後是養生菇湯 因為喝不到酸辣湯 只好喝老闆推薦的 整個差異很大 裡頭真的不少菇 種類多 量也不少 不過湯很淡阿!! 真的是頗養生 總結 麵類都還不錯吃 分量也夠吃飽 比起隔壁生煎包也不遜色阿! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.15.154.17

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名林姓女子（22歲）從家樂福的豐原店離職，理著一頭短髮，前天豐原派出所接獲家樂福張姓店員報案，指稱林女涉嫌偷竊，警方到場，從林女的背包、手提塑膠袋內查獲飲料、浴巾、床包、被套、奶粉、瓦斯罐、米、雞蛋，每項商品均張貼安全標章。林女坦言，之前趁職務之便取得家樂福的安全標章，將竊得物品張貼安全標章，結帳人員誤以為該商品已結帳，以致她在未結帳狀況下，拿著商品從容走出賣場。

警方調查，林女本月連續五次使用這種手法竊得日常生活所需的物品、食物，全案依照竊盜罪在今天送辦。

我現在國中一年級。

身材比較瘦小，
以前都不太打籃球，
最近才開始想接觸。

很多朋友說：只要多練習，很快就能進步!

但是我發現.........我的手手超不給力
要他給點力 投球姿勢就超醜
有什麼辦法 可以用漂亮的姿勢投球，力氣又足夠??
但是我聽過......說做重力訓練 會長不高 O口O||

1.如何鍛鍊手臂力氣? 又不影響身高
2.投球的正確姿勢?

麻煩麻煩拜託拜託告訴我:(
