【李姿慧／台北報導】「哇！是老皮、飛天小女警，好可愛！」今上午高鐵月台尖叫聲不斷，原來是高鐵站內出現卡通列車。台灣高鐵2列新車今起投入營運，是高鐵通車6年半來首度加入新血，其中高鐵將第31列新車打造成「歡樂卡通列車」，今起首航，全車內外彩繪卡通頻道人物，12節車廂外觀以不同的卡通做為彩繪主題，包括《探險活寶》的老皮、《飛天小女警》、《阿甘妙世界》等，車廂內包括座椅頭靠巾、紙杯、餐巾紙等，甚至服勤員的圍裙也都是卡通圖案，簡直是活動是兒童樂園。

另車廂第7節通道間設有「幸福傳遞站」郵筒，旅客可以在高鐵上寄出免費卡通主題的明信片並蓋上紀念郵戳，第5節車廂還首設車廂哺乳室，第4和第12節車廂還有充電服務室，座椅餐桌還設計收納杯架。台灣高鐵表示，歡樂卡通列車今起首航投入營運，每天將開5到6班車，時刻表將於每周一在官網上公布和訂票，票價與一般列車相同。
