蘇力颱風農損申請　新北市明天最後一天

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】上個月12號侵襲台灣的蘇力颱風，造成新北市6年來最嚴重的農業損失。農委會已核定新北市五股、八里及深坑區竹筍、八里區文旦柚及金山區芋頭為蘇力颱風專案補助區域，申請日期從7月26日到8月5日，明天將是申請補助的最後1天，還沒申請補助的民眾請備齊相關文件到新北市各區區公所辦理。

林鴻池：立院臨時會暫緩核四公投案「可以談」

【何哲欣、蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委上週4起霸佔立法院議場，阻擋核四公投案闖關，但外界也有呼聲，希望儘速通過《軍事審判法》修法，適用洪仲丘案，國民黨團也要求民進黨僅速協商《軍審法》修法。但若要繼續開會，核四公投案怎麼處理？是否與《軍審法》切割？賴士葆下午在記者會說，「核四問題不是我這個問題可以處理，要問（國民黨政策會執行長）林鴻池。」若民進黨團同意開會，院會議程如何安排？賴士葆仍僅說，要問林鴻池。

林鴻池接受《蘋果》訪問則鬆口說，臨時會是否可暫緩處理核四公投案，僅處理《軍審法》，「可以談！」林認為，因為核四爭議太大，大家可以思考，是否先處理社會關注的事情。

大家小心馬場町危險單車道！（內容有血）

馬場町河濱自行車道路燈20-21之間！
剛小弟為了閃車騎到車道白線外柏油路上，然後要從草皮回車道時，因草皮和車道大落差造成小弟跌倒！
就在我在旁清洗傷口，又有2名小姐差點跌倒，而旁邊休息的伯伯說今天已經有含我4人跌倒了，而他們說已有相關單位來看過，也有請北市童議員來看過，但目前該處並無任何提醒標誌！

其實下巴也有傷！

是不是車道的錯都沒關係，我跌倒了也自認倒楣，自己藥擦一擦，發這篇文是要車友注意此路段！
畢竟已經很多人在這跌倒過了，據剛在那休息的伯伯們說，也有叫救護車來的！
而我在那清理傷口時，約半小時時間，也看到2位小姐在那差點跌倒！

請看第一張照片，車道白線外的柏油路，相信很多車都會騎到這裡，然後再過去一點，草皮連接車道處最前端就是高低落差了，而很多人包括我，就是在要切回車道，草皮連接車道的最前端處跌倒的（我並不是整個跨越草皮，也知道不能騎上草皮，可能一開始表達有誤，是在圖1草皮連接柏油路處開始的地方，那裡可能只要一點點壓到草皮就會回不了車道了）！

目前我已聯絡相關單位，看能否改善，畢竟已很多人在那跌倒！

另外要在那說是不是車道錯或我的錯的，麻煩看看文就離開，這不是這篇文的重點，我發這篇是要大家注意此路段，避免在這跌倒了！

天王椅VS天王椅APP?

話說最近加班加很大(一整個快崩潰QAQ)
打算拿之前的績效獎金犒賞自己一下，
不知道是不是電腦用太兇所以常常肩膀脖子都痠痛的很，腰也很容易痠
再加上最近蠻常看到廣告在推按摩椅，有打算買一張來""桑""一下

上周末有空跑去OSIM試了一下天王椅APP，感覺還不錯，整個差點睡死在上面，
回來問朋友意見，他說有舊版9成新的天王椅可以賣我，價格有點心動…
不知道天王椅跟天王椅APP的差異在哪？
想說比較看看差異性再來決定要買哪一款@@

防毒開太多電腦會變慢喔
 你用什麼瀏覽器?
 
google chrome -右上的三條槓- 設定- 擴充功能- 把奇怪的停用
IE- 工具- 管理附加元件- 把奇怪的停用
火狐FireFox -工具- 附加元件-擴充套件- 把奇怪的停用或移除

或是chrome和firefox可裝Adblock plus附加元件 來去除廣告
上google搜尋 Adblock plus

或裝AdwCleaner 徹底清除網頁被綁架、惡意工具列、不定時出現廣告

隨著智慧型手機的普及化，消費者下載各式各樣的App是時下最貼近生活需求的活動，教育部因應此一趨勢的發展，將提供手機專屬的APP服務，利用智慧型手機，用戶只要掃瞄QR Code下載安裝，即可隨時查詢並掌握全國及各直轄市、縣（市）政府辦理之「102家庭教育年」相關活動及最新動態訊息。

為倡導家庭價值，推展家庭教育理念，教育部特別將102年訂為「家庭教育年」，依序以「珍愛家庭價值」、「親子良善互動」、「世代文化傳承」、「重視婚姻經營」為焦點，規劃出家庭教育年4季的主軸議題，其中第1季「珍愛家庭季」已辦理「『珍愛家庭‧以愛傳家』收藏家庭中的真愛故事圖文徵選活動」；第2季「慈孝家庭季」已辦理表揚52個慈孝家庭楷模；第3季「代間傳承季」目前正由新北市政府規劃於8月間辦理一系列慶祝祖父母節活動；第4季「幸福婚姻季」正由臺南市政府規劃辦理推動樂在婚姻系列活動。

自即日起至102年8月31日止，民眾只要利用智慧型手機成功下載「102家庭教育年」，即可立即參加刮刮樂活動，刮中者即可得到限量環保袋一個，共有1,000個名額；8月31日前還會再有一波抽獎，送給30名幸運下載者8G隨身碟。8月同時一併推出祖父母節系列活動，只要填寫個人資料，回答102年祖父母節為哪一天？及102年度全國祖孫嘉年華在哪個縣市舉辦？將由電腦隨機抽取100名幸運得主，贈送精美揹袋1個。此外，102年9月至12月，每月都會有不同線上活動與不同精美獎項，歡迎儘速開啟手機掃描。

富比世選出亞洲中小企業200強，台灣共26家企業上榜，是各國第2多。日本上榜企業數大躍進，讓人看好日本經濟的前景。

財經雜誌「富比世亞洲」（Forbes Asia）選出亞洲上市中小企業200強（Best Under A Billion），台灣共26家中小企業上榜，比去年增加3家。

台灣上榜的中小企業範圍涵蓋廣泛，有自行車製造公司美利達，光學鏡頭製造商大立光電，科技紡織公司儒鴻，餐飲集團王品，喪葬禮儀公司龍巖等。

上榜最多的是中國大陸和香港，共63家，印度受到經濟表現不佳影響，只有19家，是2007年以來公司入榜數最低的1年。

日本今年有17家上榜，比起近幾年日本每年只有4家或是更少企業上榜，表現算是相當出色，富比世亞洲編輯佛格森（Tim Ferguson）指出，這讓人對日本經濟前景感到相當樂觀，企業的活力也將再現。

其中有4家企業連續4年上榜，包括馬來西亞的賀達麗嘉（Hartalega Holdings）和成榮集團（Mudajiaya Group），菲律賓的線上博奕遊戲公司Philweb，以及中國大陸的遠光軟件。

另外，中國大陸的康美藥業和天能動力國際則因為最新1個財政年度的營收超過10億美元，因此從名單中「畢業」。

今年是富比世第9年選出亞洲中小企業200強，遴選範圍包括亞太地區共1萬5000家，營收在500萬美元到10億美元的企業，最後選出的200強沒有排名先後之分，代表的是每個行業前1.3%的頂尖公司。（中央社）

為什摸我用xperia zl連上像taipai-free或cht-wifi這種連上這種會跳到登錄畫面的都會連線中.......之後就變以處存 不能連 可以一個步驟一個步驟教我嗎
最好有圖解 tks!!!!!
