【林巧雁／台北報導】2013「縣市幸福感大調查」今天公布，離島縣市包辦幸福感前三名，全國最幸福縣市依序為金門縣、連江縣、澎湖縣，本島最幸福的是花蓮縣與台東縣。
 
最不幸福前三名為基隆市、雲林縣、新北市。台北市為非在地居民眼中最幸福的榜首，但整體幸福感只排第10名。
 
與去年相比，台灣整體幸福指數小幅提升1.6分。今年的調查是以「美好生活」的定義為基礎，涵蓋生活現況、健康、工作、教育、經濟等11面向。
 
主辦單位之一的南山人壽副董事長杜英宗致詞時表示，他覺得有能力幫助別人，讓別人幸福，就是幸福的定義。

屋齡17年的中古透天厝總樓層四樓，於99年底申購；有嘗試過問信合社、但對方表示『已經是最高金額』...有可能讓對方如此表明立場的情況如下：

1.房屋位置地點物過於偏僻，或者是實際建坪與土地持分均較少
2.信合社授信上較為保守，認為當初借給您們的金額已算高
3.或是房屋經過法拍方式入手(信合社以您們法拍取得價格認定)

至於版主陳述的『二年免利息』~當初您們向信合社申請房屋貸款時是否有辦理『內政部前二年零利率購置住宅貸款利息補貼』方案，如果有、因為您們辦理的時間為99年底，到今年年底(時間上差不多)兩年免息也應該到期...所以可不必太在意兩年免息的優惠。

建議方式：信合社沒有增貸的意願，就只能退而求其次選擇房屋轉增貸(利息前三年2.2%~2.6%)：如果房屋轉增貸的空間、經過初估也沒有太多的可增貸空間，再嘗試一般信用貸款(7%~10%)、最後才是二胎房屋貸款(8%~14%)。

二胎房貸並不會塗銷信合社的設定，所以首次購屋免息方案仍維持；但必須提醒版主：如果房屋本身的殘值不多，申辦二胎有可能拿到13~14%的高利息，不妨多方詢問與比較為宜~

我在7月29日進入公司8閱4日下班後傳簡訊給公司'同事'告知他我日後不去了,因為時間和金錢不相等,而當時他在電話中只說'你想清楚就好了'然而事隔2天後我想到薪資是每個月5日發怎麼遲遲沒通知我去領薪水,於是打給'同事'問清楚,於是他告訴我:公司說你這樣零時離職沒趙正常程序辦理離職這樣算曠職,因為正常遞辭呈要1~2個星期前遞,而且就算要領薪水也是下個月(9月)五號,如果我有不滿叫我找勞委會,我真的覺得很欺負人
好的我的問題是
1,一開始就沒有'公司'來跟我面試而是電話通知叫我7月29日報到,報到當天就只有那位同事告訴我上下班時間am10:30~pm11:00,試用期一個月,試用期間一天1000元,從沒說過曠職離職的問題,直到離職的那通電話中也不說明,直到事隔兩三天我問起才跟我說公司規定,這樣合理嗎??
2.明明是'試用期'我以"日薪"計算,我這樣臨時離職可以算曠職嗎??怎麼算??
3.7月~8月這幾天的薪資9月才能領,這樣合理嗎??
4.薪資是否不符合規定?? (一天12.5小時1000元)
5.試用期間公司是否可以不必替我加勞健保??(我知道五人以下的公司可以不必加,但是'公司'開了6~7間分店,一家一個員工也不只五人了,而且薪水是領現金的沒有薪資證明)
6.我該怎麼維護自己的權益?哪裡可以申訴??

52歲的馬克(Mark Gaffey)及50歲的嘉露兒(Claire Johnson)，分別養了一隻導盲犬，他們去年3月，帶愛犬參加兩星期的導盲犬訓練課程。馬克及嘉露兒的導盲犬，同屬拉布拉多犬，牠們形影不離，促成兩個主人經常相聚，很快亦墮入愛河。

兩個人在一個導盲犬電視節目中訂婚。嘉露兒表示，要不是兩隻狗投契，這段姻緣就不會發生。現在兩隻導盲犬每晚共枕，甜蜜程度與二人不遑多讓，更會引領一對新人步入教堂，展開甜蜜的人生。
