【陳建岐／台北報導】25歲的盧學叡（小美）日前收到兵單，即將在父親節入伍，家人在家裡幫他剃平頭送行，雖然他體檢達替代役資格標準，但他放棄申請，坦然面對說：「對我來說這是個給父親最棒的禮物。」但姐姐與媽媽因最近軍中凌虐致死事件，還是多少會擔心。
 
他日前因參加《我要當歌手》節目被批「小美」變「大美」，目前體重88公斤的他，透露希望能靠規律的軍中生活讓自己變回以前的「小美」，盧學叡期待到部隊當兵接受訓練，希望自己一年後有所轉變。

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨前主席蔡英文上午在10多位綠委陪同下召開記者會，再度呼籲馬英九總統召開國是會議。對於行政院前院長謝長廷建議「馬蔡會」先行，蔡說，現在都不能排除每一個可能性，最重要的是要讓進程馬上開始，「我們還是希望先幕僚作業及準備，如有助於國是會議進行，也不排除見面，甚至如能加速，幕僚也覺妥當的話，我們也歡迎見面」。

媒體詢問會不會等馬總統回來後或這幾天拜會馬總統？蔡說，「這是國家重大的危機的時刻，大家要有共同承擔的心理，這時候總統不必太客氣也不需要拘小節，我們就直接進入問題處理的程序」，至於要見面的事，在幕僚準備工作過程先討論，只要有助於國是會議的進行，會面其實是不能被排除的，「我們也希望整個進程能在最短時間開始，需不需要在政治人物見面上去做很多不必要的『過招』，我們希望趕快進入實質問題和幕僚作業」。對於是否不排除只開一次國是會議？蔡說，「這個議題非常龐雜，也要分議題分階段進行，這個幕僚都可以討論」。

被問及馬總統將出訪是否已有連繫上？蔡說，「沒有」，她先前已呼籲總統這次出訪是否考慮取消，尤其是現在軍心民心最需要一個領導，雖然總統對社會來講，大家有很多批評，也覺得他不符期待，但他畢竟是三軍統帥，他要負擔這國家最困難的這個時候，上周白衫軍集結，其實已經累積很大社會改革能量，馬總統出訪10天再回來後，這股能量可能會降低，「現在是談改革最好的時刻，總統卻出國去了，我覺得非常的可惜」。

對於民進黨重量級人物是否加入嗎？蔡說，「這階段是幕僚作業，任何想加入幕僚作業的我們都歡迎」。媒體追問黨中央也願意呢？蔡說：「我們當然都歡迎，也邀集社團公民團體政黨大家一起來」。
