上市PCB廠光電板廠雙雄之一的健鼎科技(3044-TW)今天公布2013年上半年財報顯示，2013年上半年健鼎科技的營收突破200億元達到202.29億元，稅後盈餘11.48億元，每股稅後盈餘為2.18元。

健鼎科技在2013年第2季營收102.27億元，較第1季的100.02億元小幅成長2.25%；而第2季營業毛利14.88億元，營業利益6.74億元，稅前盈餘7.21億元，稅後盈餘5.4億元，以目前股本52.56億元計，每股稅後盈餘1.03元。這也顯示健鼎科技出現2013年的第2季營收成長而獲利反向下滑的走勢。

健鼎科技在投資於內陸湖北省的仙桃市PCB生產新廠初步完工投入量產之後，今年將進行生產設備的進駐及擴充，健鼎科技主管指出，今年健鼎科技初估資本支出金額在40億元的水準，仍低於2012年的53億元水準。

在健鼎科技的產品應用端方面，包括記憶體模組板、硬碟板、NB板、光電板及汽車板；健鼎科技在中國內陸湖北省投資的仙桃市新廠已陸續進入生產，其湖北仙桃廠並以高成長性的TFT LCD光電板為其主要生產PCB。

此外，今天健鼎科技並公布2013年7月營收數字，其7月營收為34.03億元，與去年同期的33.05億元相較，年成長率3%，與上月的32.24億元相比，月成長率5.5%。健鼎科技累計今年1-7月合併營收為236.32億元，和去年同期的226.79億元相比，年成長率為4.2%。

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮縣新城鄉七星潭海域傍晚湧入上千遊客前往海邊賞景，不少民眾紛紛拿出手機及相機朝太平洋海邊及天際搶拍「雲彩」，靠近蘇花公路的 山巒還掛著幾朵雲彩，畫面有如山水潑墨畫，散步在海灘上的遊客頻呼「好美啊！」花蓮氣象站主任陳世嵐表示，七星潭海邊天際出現的「雲彩」是太陽折射海平面 水氣所出現的現象，在台灣西部稱為「晚霞」，東部應稱為「雲彩」。

駕車左搖右晃　遇警臨檢喊「再一次」

北市一名許姓男子10日凌晨開車行經林森北路時左右搖動，巡邏警員上前攔查，男子驚醒後喊：「親愛的，再來一次？」，讓警方霧煞煞。此外，還在男子車上發現14顆子彈和神仙水，將他逮捕。

據報導，22歲的許姓男子10日凌晨獨自開車，由於車體一下偏左、一下偏右，而且未開大燈，讓旁邊行經車輛跟著左閃右躲。巡邏警員見狀上前攔查，竟發現許男閉著眼睛開車，還說出：「親愛的，再來一次？」，讓警方霧煞煞，男子發現是警察才慌忙道歉找錯人。

警方表示，許男說他是在跟酒店妹玩車震，車上的神仙水和子彈是酒店妹留下來的，但不清楚名字，警方依違反毒品防制條例、槍砲彈藥管制條例將許男送辦。

102年臺中商圈購物節9日開跑，31日前只要到臺中22個商圈，消費滿200元，不僅可以報名參加「城市觀光購物列車」，暢遊商圈並免費品嚐10大明星商品，還可抽智慧型手機、平板電腦、電視、汽車等大獎。

市長胡志強8日出席記者會，啟動購物節活動。他指出，12年前剛擔任臺中市長時，商圈對購物節活動反應冷淡，覺得沒有效果，如今每年購物節都能增加10億、甚至20億元的銷售量，吸引越來越多商圈加入，梨山茶也從過去一年賣不到2、3億元，轉變為去年一年就創造10億元收入。

市府經濟發展局表示，本次商圈購物節活動由「天津商圈曬衣節活動」做先鋒，9日搶先登場，推出超低價服飾特賣；11日「一中商圈時尚之夜」接力，由時尚甜心翁滋蔓擔任購物節嘉賓，點燃商圈10大明星商品購物魅力；到8月31日，大甲鎮瀾觀光商圈舉辦「美食保庇派對」，準備好禮大獎供大家摸彩。

市長胡志強、經發局長王誕生、新聞局長石靜文共同為此次購物節舉行啟動儀式，正式起跑，民眾在活動期間只要在商圈特約店家消費滿200元，就可以上網報名參加「城市觀光購物列車」，有5處路線進行商圈一日遊，免費品嚐10大明星商品如大甲奶油酥餅、東勢柿不分梨、心型太陽餅等。

此外，消費滿200元也可兌換限量樂購彩券，憑發票上網還可參加網路樂透獎摸彩，或出示手機下載「休閒fun臺中」APP於服務台兌換摸彩券，就可以抽智慧型手機、42吋液晶電視、平板電腦等百萬大獎，所有大獎都將於8月31日大甲鎮瀾商圈的「美食保庇派對」抽出。

王誕生還說，就算這些獎項都沒抽中也不用難過，12月31日購物節最終場活動中還將加碼抽出最大獎汽車得主，消費200元有這麼多種獎項及遊樂，有吃有玩又有拿，絕對物超所值！他說，去年商圈購物節共有33萬人次，創造4億元收入，今年目標是40萬人次、5億元業績。

胡志強在會中指出，新加坡最大的連鎖超市過去均進口韓國水梨，現已與臺中簽約，改進口東勢水梨，新加坡對食品安全要求非常嚴格，臺灣食品年初時被禁止進口，這次終能再次進軍新加坡，他對食品安全非常重視，這次送去的21件糕餅商品中，有20個品項均合格，即將上架販售。

胡志強說，來臺中shopping最快樂！政府一定要為人民賺錢，香港及臺北都曾邀請他參加購物節，但他均予以婉拒，因為他只幫臺中賣東西；大家一起努力，共創台中市產品的商機。

龍牀笑佛招客區仲德於辦公室內放了一張梳化，用作休息，他則將梳化當「龍牀」，有時更會瞓「龍牀」過夜。唔知係咪對得掛牆的笑佛畫像多，區師傅的面相與佛像有八分似。

萬物皆有定時，即使機關算盡，也難保一定可以消災解難。玄學家楊天命因為「你個仔做特首」這句「預言」，招致殺身之禍，其辦公室遭舊客縱火。事後楊聲言已事先在辦公室放了九桶水擋煞。
姑勿論閣下信邪與否，但對於玄學家來說，真的一呼一吸都充滿玄機。區仲德師傅位於銅鑼灣糖街的風水命理館，面積不大但處處有玄機。除了滿屋神佛擋煞，就連洗手盆亦採用羅庚圖案。「布滿風水陣係必然嘅事，但最希望啲客人上到嚟聚財，旺人旺己。」

 

區仲德幫人睇相批命的風水命理館，座落於銅鑼灣糖街一棟商業大廈高層。𨋢門一開，就發現正門地磚由太極圖案砌成。記者避免觸怒神靈，進入時刻意繞過太極，區仲德見狀說：「唔使驚，鋪得喺地預咗俾人踩，中國有好多寺廟都有呢類地磚。」

笑佛龍牀𠱁顧客

信則有，不信則無。自小便沉迷玄學，將興趣變成終身事業的區仲德，其風水命理館當然布局精深。經過接待處後，眼前湧現滿天神佛，區仲德將一個個金色的佛像、關二哥、月老等神像，整齊地放置於櫃上，將這個角落設計成一個小神壇。他說：「神壇係風水師傅最基本嘅擺設，有啲客人算完命都會拜一拜，但求心安理得。」
