監察院長王建煊與監委的戰爭，由於是監察史上首次發生，震撼台北政壇。經過一晚沈澱，昨天出現緩和跡象，多位連署委員都說，此事應適可而止，再延燒下去，所有監委都傷痕累累，至於監院內部改革，未來一年可以好好改。

資深監委趙昌平也說，此事的爭議，讓監院威信受到影響，讓社會對監察院的期望有落差，有必要大家平靜下來，憑自己的良知好好檢討，未來一年內，大家都盡其在我，略盡厥職。

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】36歲的潘姓女子昨上午，通報消防救護其租屋處同住高姓女子（31歲）自殺，警消趕赴其租屋浴室，見高女胸部中五刀倒臥血泊早無生命跡象，因現場未見凶刀，警方在其住處旁草皮發現沾滿血的水果刀，潘女辯稱「前一晚吃了安眠藥後就睡了」，否認殺人，警方根據潘女左手有刀傷及衣服上有血跡痕，依殺人罪嫌移送。

屏東檢方今凌晨依重罪及逃亡之嫌聲押獲准。警方表示，該二女一個月前租住該處。案發當晚有鄰居指稱曾聽到很大吵鬧聲，至於案發原因，因潘女全盤否認，待進一步調查。
