【大紀元2013年08月19日訊】（大紀元記者莊麗存台北報導）選購兒童雨衣要小心，行政院消保處19日公布，市售兒童雨衣塑化劑及含鉛量檢測結果，21件雨衣竟有15件不合標準，不合格率高達七成，其中2件鉛濃度超標。消保處說，經濟部標檢局已經要求業者下架回收並限期改善。

行政院消費者保護處與經濟部標準檢驗局抽檢21件市售兒童雨衣，發現僅3件完全合格，而21件有15件塑化劑超標，超標量從33倍至297倍不等，其中前10名超標200倍以上；2件的「鉛遷移元素」超過限量標準。

這次抽檢不合格，有多家知名兒童雨衣品牌都入榜，接觸久了恐怕會影響生殖器官發育以及智力發展。目前已依〈消保法〉規定，請業者下架回收，否則可對業者開罰6萬至150萬元。

消保處長劉清芳說明，抽檢的21件雨衣，有15件是越南製造、6件中國大陸製，為確保消費者使用的安全性，未來兒童雨衣必須經過商品檢驗局的核准才能上市販售。◇

為抗議苗栗大埔案，台灣農村陣線中午到最高檢察署遞狀告發苗栗縣長劉政鴻涉貪指出，劉政鴻涉向台電通霄電廠勒索回饋金10億元；強行徵收大埔土地，但原地保留自家房屋；財產不合理增加，涉貪汙、圖利、財產來源不明罪，要求特偵組偵辦。
