亞幣普遍對美元挺升

亞洲新興貨幣17日普遍對美元升值，主要反映中國央行為支撐經濟而挹注流動性的利多消息。

不過，美國聯準會（Fed）即將宣布貨幣政策決定，最新的利率前瞻指引措辭備受關注，市場觀望氣氛限縮了亞幣對美元的升幅。投資人擔心，Fed會後聲明可能透露是否提早升息的蛛絲馬跡。

韓元對美元挺升0.2%，是8月27日以來最大升幅，收盤報1,034.9韓元兌1美元。韓元對日圓更衝上六年來高峰，匯市主管當局疑似進場干預以抑升韓元。

馬元也在空頭回補買盤下勁揚，兌美元匯價比15日升值0.4%至3.2175馬元兌1美元，寫下三周來最大漲幅。大馬金融市場16日因國定假日休市一天。

另外，印尼盾隨雅加達股市上漲而勁揚，泰銖對泰國央行維持利率不變的決定反應平淡。

在亞幣一片漲聲中，惟星元獨憔悴，盤中星元對美元貶值0.15%，跌至1.2620星元兌1美元。
