【公庫】華隆要勞動部代償 不解決 就臥軌

華隆退休員工因領不到退休金，組成華隆自救會抗爭三年，今(9/2)前往勞動部參與「華隆勞資糾紛專案會議」，針對華隆大園廠法拍分配中，華隆公司被欠退休金、資遣費的工人們，只被分配到0.0029%的債權提出異議，要求勞動部應代位求償。自救會成員代表與律師共五位與勞動部勞動關係司司長王厚偉等代表一同協商，最後會議協商破裂，華隆自救會不滿會議結論。退休工人向勞動部丟完「垃圾」以表達不滿之後，轉往台北車站突襲宣示，並且買車票進入月台，在第三月台靜坐。華隆自救會要求勞動部長陳雄文下次必須主持專案會議，並給出一個解決方案，否則將拉高抗爭程度，再現「臥軌」行動。....(完整影音報導)
