氣爆究責 雄檢傳訊捷運局官員

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄28日電）高雄地檢署偵辦氣爆案，今天傳訊高雄市捷運局前局長陳存永和副局長周德利等9人，調查氣爆當天現場捷運局相關處置情形。

高雄凱旋路和三多路於7月31日發生嚴重氣爆，造成300多人死傷，雄檢擴大偵辦，已傳訊被告李長榮化工董事長李謀偉和廠商華運公司等員工9人，其中李謀偉以重金新台幣2000萬元交保。

檢方表示，為了解發生氣爆當天捷運局的處置情形，今天傳訊當晚到現場的人員，包括陳存永、周德利和主秘吳嘉昌等9人。

高雄發生慘重傷亡氣爆後，高雄市副市長吳宏謀、水利局長李賢義、工務局長楊明州和陳存永4人請辭獲准。1030828
