《Reuters》報導，全球原油期貨價格今日漲跌互見。

新聞報導指出，美國堪薩斯州一處煉油廠發生大火，影響美國輕原油需求，而全球供應中斷風險則支撐布蘭特油價。

歐盟今日就對俄經濟制裁達成協議，目前市場預期制裁將不會影響俄國石油出口；儘管烏克蘭、伊拉克、利比亞衝突不斷，全球原油仍有供過於求的現象。

9 月美國輕原油疑惑下跌 70 美分，來到每桶 100.97 美元，創 7 月中以來新低。

9 月布蘭特原油期貨盤中下跌 0.8%，收盤逆轉跌勢持平作收，接近每桶 108 美元。

目前伊拉克原油輸出量仍在歷史高點，因為伊斯蘭武裝份子尚未攻陷伊拉克南部主要產油區。 利比亞原油輸出量上週則減少至每天 45 萬桶，因該國首都的黎波里目前陷入混亂局面。
