北捷殺人犯鄭捷羈押期滿　檢方不排除明起訴

犯下北捷隨機殺人案的凶嫌鄭捷，這個月21日羈押期滿，檢方20日表示，不排除於21日提起公訴，雖然鄭捷的精神鑑定報告還未出爐，但檢方已經大致掌握鑑定報告內容及撰寫起訴書。

新北地檢署偵辦北捷隨機殺人案，鄭捷在案發後從5月22日就被收押進台北看守所，這個月21日羈押期將滿，但因鄭捷的精神鑑定還未出爐，也使得檢方撰寫起訴書進度受到影響。

根據《中央社》報導，檢方擔心來不及提起公訴，17日依法向院方申請延長羈押，院方裁准延押2個月。院檢表示，法官裁准時，鄭捷沒有特別反應，非常冷靜。

檢方表示，雖然目前鑑定報告還未出爐，但已大致掌握鑑定內容及撰寫起訴書，不排除於21日提起公訴。
