EXO前成員KRIS解約案首次調停無果而終

昨日(7月8日)下午，EXO前成員KRIS（吳亦凡）針對前東家SM娛樂提出的合約無效訴訟案在首爾地方法院進行首次調解，當事雙方均未出席。

裁判部為讓雙方達成和解對雙方的代理律師進行30多分鐘的調解，但雙方僅確認各自的立場，裁判部宣佈下一次調解日期後休庭。

KRIS於5月15日向法院遞交了要求宣佈與經紀公司SM娛樂合約不正確訴狀，退出EXO，EXO此後一直以11名成員活動。
