漫長的會考制度，已邁入第二階段的特色招生，新北市長朱立倫今天在市政會議上，再次針對會考制度開炮，提出二免的資訊應更加透明化，不僅是缺額，排序也建議一併公布，太多孩子身受其害，不應重蹈覆轍。

朱立倫表示，十二年國教標榜打破明星學校、明星社區高中等迷思，甚至強調沒有高分低就的問題，但在教改的過程中，誰願意當白老鼠，誰願意成為焦慮的學生、家長，會考要直接打破這樣的迷思，短期之內是無法達成。
