倫敦去年接待1680萬外國遊客

伦敦很多景色吸引了不少外国游客

去年来访伦敦的外国游客人数创新高。

据英国政府最新统计，2013年伦敦接待了1680万外国游客。

这个数字比2012年增加了130万。

这是自1961年开始相关统计以来的最高数字。

伦敦市长约翰逊说，这应归功于伦敦的吸引力。

他说，伦敦有文化，艺术，音乐和体育的杰出融合，而且还有更多宏伟规划，所以吸引了这么多外国游客。

根据统计数字，伦敦以前接待外国游客人数最多的年份是2006年，当年有1560万人来访。

外国游客人数最多的来自北美，其次是法国和德国。

此外，来自中国大陆的游客人数也大幅增加。
