標題[請問] 兩個法律問題 關於住處停車以及噪音

想問一下 兩種情形 由於家裡附近 改建租屋的人越來越多 因此越來越沒秩序... (房東沒在管) 1.就是如果他人機車直接停放在我家門口 擋住出入口 但是在黃線內(騎樓下) 可以報警處理嗎... 2.如果半夜11點後甚至12點多 抽水馬達太大聲 我該如何測量分貝 是否有哪個單位可以申訴呢 最近因為這兩個惡鄰居問題= = 不堪其擾 謝謝各位了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.172.233
