【更新】驚傳俄與烏克蘭斷交　隨即遭到否認

稍早歐洲新聞電視台引述烏克蘭媒體說法，指俄羅斯駐聯合國代表邱爾金(Vitaly Churkin)對外宣布，俄羅斯與烏克蘭斷絕外交關係。邱爾金表示：「俄羅斯不承認烏克蘭政府的合法性，這就是我們要與烏克蘭斷交的關係」。

但這個消息隨即遭到俄羅斯官方通訊社《國際傳真社》，引述俄羅斯外交部的說法，澄清是烏克蘭媒體「報導不實」。目前的狀況和日前黑海艦隊對克里米亞地區發表「最後通牒」如出一轍。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
